Staff that I was in contact with was very nice but his pricing is EXCESSIVE and I never had so much trouble with a crown. Had to go back several times for adjustments and still not satisfied. He makes up the costs and treatment plans as he goes along and even his staff secretly told me to argue with him to get the price down. It all seemed so unethical and untrustworthy.

I usually do not go out of my way to write reviews, but the service at this practice was so bad I had do. The most unfriendly and unprofessional establishment I've ever been to. First off, I was a new patient and called to make an appointment, where the lady proceeded to ask me different dates and multiple times said "oh no never mind that dates taken, how about..... ". Two days later they call me back asking if I could come in TOMMORROW like no???? The worst part of the story comes next, I finally come in (keep in mind I made this appointment for a cleaning) and they take my x-rays and photos (which took unnecessarily long) and Dr. Braich tells me I need a debridement and fillings and just leaves the room.... no explanations at all. The assistant later comes in to tell me I need to pay $20 EACH for 9 fillings which I've read previous reviews just now to learn that he clearly is untrustworthy and just wants your money. The part that made me mad and this establishment has no organization or clarity is that I NEVER GOT MY TEETH CLEANED WHICH IS THE WHOLE REASON FOR ME GOING IN.... they said "the hygienist only comes on Thursdays so you'll have to make another appointment" why did I come in today then????? I also had to pay a fee of $12 for "COVID Fees" whatever that means..........and will have to every time I come in.... but I obviously won't be returning. I asked them for my Xray files so i can bring them to my new dentist and they said they "don't have the capability to email them" when the X-rays are clearly digital how would you not be able to. I would give this establishment 0 stars if I could due to the lack of clarity and inorganization and terrible services of the Dentist.

BE CAREFUL! Was told I have 8 cavities that needed "seals" when in actuality I have no cavities. Was also told I needed a "deep clean" which was not necessary.

I would give this office a zero if I could. Here is my story. If you are considering going here please read this first I picked this dentist because he was on my plan. Upon walking in the first think you notice is the stench of cigarette smoke. The ladies at the front are very nice. Especially Valarie. Dental work is not my favorite as it isn't most people. I am brought into the room He made me feel so comfortable. He seemed very knowledgeable and put me at easy. I was so excited to think I finally found a dentist I was comfortable with and could trust. So the cigarette smell kinda was negotiable since I felt so comfortable with him. I expressed how awesome I felt and of course i was asked to write a review on google. I told them I would. Well that wasn't enough they had a tablet right there for me to submit the review before I checked out. Boy do I wish I waited till later on to write that review. Fast forward to when I take my daughters in. Both my daughters were seen. I was told both had quite a bit of cavities which needed to be taken care of. One in which my daughter had swelling to the tooth. He put her on an antibiodic and proceeded to "fill" her cavities as well as her sisters. Mind you he stated this was a new process that did not need any numbing. Turns out, he didn't fill it. Not only did he not fill them , she wound up with an abscess and admitted to the hospital with cellulitis. I took back to him and he stated everything with the tooth was fine and would resolve. Well she developed cellulitis again. Finally I took her to another dentist and she wound up needing a root canal. The work I had there was a bridge and a crown as well as supposed fillings. Well when he suggested my crown he suggested to get a bonded crown to make the crown stronger. I thought he knew what he was talking about and this was before the fiasco with my my daughter so I agreed. I told him I was still having pain in the tooth that he put the crown on and he said it was normal that it would subside. I then had him complete a bridge on the other side of my mouth. Well when It arrived from the lab and they placed it in my mouth it looked like a group of chiclet gum pieces. I said from the beginning that It loooked huge. He told me oh no. That is just because of the length of the gums and there was no option that that had to be that size. I left that day upset and even told Valerie at the front desk that I did not agree with it. A few weeks later I will still having discomfort in both sites that he put crowns on. I called the office and was told it was normal that it would subside. I asked yet again if i should see an endodontist. I was told no. Fast forward to a few months later. My OTHER daughter who supposedly had a filling completed had a massive toothache and swelling. Turns out her tooth was not filled either. Or was only completed superficially. Now it is too late. Tooth is completely decayed and fractured. She had to have the tooth pulled and will need an implant in 2 years when she turns 16. And has to have Invisalign with a spacer to prevent the other teeth from shifting. I finally had enough and went to 2 other dentist and an endodontist to get their opinions of my situation. All of them are very familiar with Florian braichs name and none of them had a nice thing to say. Also have heard many stories similar to mine End result you may ask? I needed to have 3 root canals on the teeth he said didn't need them and on top of that now they have to replace the crowns that he put on there because the decay is to large. So I am now paying for crowns and a bridge twice because this man is a horrible, dishonest, scheming person. My daughter needed a tooth pulled and implant My other daughter had 2 root canals andone crown on teeth he supposedly treated. All of this in less than a year and a half from when we started with him His own hygienist told my daughter not to listen to him I have given him the opportunity to make it right and he hasn't. Even his staff admits I stated concerns

Calm, comforting, courteous, clear explanation, collaborative treatment with dentist and staff harmoniously taking care of the patient On May 31, my husband saw Dr. Florian Braich for the first time as a dentist. He had met Dr. Braich a few times through me. Dr. Braich and I are acquainted through a club we belong to. After the appointment, my husband wrote this. "I saw Dr. Florian Braich after being up all night with a long dull tooth ache. I am a big chicken when it comes to going to the dentist. Dr. Braich did me a huge favor and worked me in the same day we contacted him. He put me completely at ease. He and his wonderful staff answered all my questions. I highly recommend Dr. Florian Braich. You will quickly find that you don't just have a good dentist. You have a good friend who is a good dentist." I was with my husband for the appointment on May 31. I was very impressed with the technology in the examination-treatment room and with Dr. Braich's personality and ability to calmly explain the procedure. I was unable to attend the follow up appointment on June 4. My husband texted me "I am here. Feathers are sprouting. I am just telling my inner chicken that I am only here to see a friend. :)" followed by ""Florian anesthesized my inner chicken beautifully! Got all 3 teeth done for today and covered by a temp. On my way home."

Dr. Braich is a great dentist who is very skilled at his craft. I've had a couple of root canals performed by Dr. Braich when I first went to him years ago. I heard horror stories of how painful they are but with Dr. Braich, no pain, no infection afterwards. Just great dental work. His staff is great as well. Everyone is so friendly and attentive to your needs.

I had extensive dental work done over the period of two years and I could not have been more pleased with the results. I had a great experience with Dr. Braich and his entire team.

I've been to this office four or five times for dental work and to have a bridge and crown His work seems fine however, It will be the last time that I go there after my last visit. The a/c never works and it's about 85 degrees inside. I went because of a toothache and he told me that it would be $2600 to repair the tooth with a crown. I feel that's excessive! What bothers me is how insincere it feels and the way they badger and try to pressure you into having the dental work done.I feel that all they care about is how much money they can extract from you not your well being. I even told them that I feel like I am being hustled and extorted each time I come here. But no matter what you say they keep pressuring you and telling you why you should do it and that they have a payment plan.So that you will do the work. I had my blood pressure taken right after I left the office and it was 180/93 I'm not kidding! It's the very last time that I will ever go to this office to be tormented by him or his high pressure nurse attack dog.

Before any work is started, the staff has you sign a form stating that you'll be responsible for any difference between what the insurance chooses to reimburse and what the provider chooses to charge, regardless that they were in-network. In their defense, I had signed the form without reading due to tooth pain causing me to be unable to focus and read the fine print. Other than that, Dr. Braich & staff were personable, knowledgeable and friendly, but expect to pay several hundred dollars more than what your insurance covers.

I'm very happy with the service I received from Dr. Braich. When I had a severe toothache on a Saturday, I tried calling every office listed with my insurance provider. Dr Braich's office was the only office to call back and schedule me for the earliest next available appointment. I really appreciated that. Dr Braich takes the time to explain and show you what's going on, which I also appreciated as other offices I have visited just tell you what you need instead of explaining why. I also have to say that all my appointments with Dr Braich have been timely, and I have not been made to wait long periods unlike many other offices I have visited. Overall, I am very happy that I switched over to Dr. Braich's office. He was able to solve my tooth ache issue with the least invasive solution.
