My son came in for his routine 6 month cleaning and like always, had an awesome experience. If you are in search for a great pediatric dentist, look no more! Dr. Fontes and her staff are amazing.

A teacher colleague at the school where I teach recommended Dr. Fontes. My son is mildly autistic and mildly ID. He is almost 11 years old and hadn't had a successful cleaning until yesterday with Dr. Fontes. Her patience and natural soothing manner with my son was amazing. She told him she wouldn't hold him down and wouldn't hurt him. I could see him relax. When it got a little uncomfortable Dr. Fontes and the assistant encouraged him. One of the most effective techniques used to convince my son to allow her to try a different air-powered tool was to let my son feel the sensation on his fingernails first. She allowed him to hold the tools and feel the sensation when she powered them with the foot pedal. My son likes to use his senses to evaluate and prepare himself for what is coming. Dr. Fontes was the only dentist who was able to fix a severe cavity in my son who used to be fearful of dental procedures. She fit me into her schedule last minute and took care of the whole problem that numerous other dentists were unable to address, with ease and skill. My son loves her, and I drive about 45 minutes just to go here! Highly recommend her practice.

Dr. Fontes is out standing. I have a special need child and I don't believe we would have managed to clean his teeth without antisera without her. Extremely caring person. My only issue is that now I have to drive all the way to Chantilly to see her....Highly recommend if you have special need children.

Dr. Fontes is an outstanding pediatric dentist. She has been my child's dentist for over 10 years and we are extremely satisfied with her services. They provide outstanding dental care and go above and beyond to make kids feel comfortable and excited to visit the dentist. She is very kind and caring. If you are looking for a pediatric dentist, look no further because she is the best in Northern Virginia. Highly recommend!

Thank you, Dr. Bethel, for caring for my kids' teeth. You are very kind and professional. My 2yr old's cavities were causing him pain. With his teeth having pain, I didn't want to wait for his baby teeth to fall out nor did I want to have him under aesthetics. Dr. Bethel went through options. I liked the silver diamine fluoride treatment that she had mentioned as an alternative. She and her staff are excellent with both of my kids, hygiene conscious, were very thorough, and wanted the best for my two year old and also my older child. Her staff checked into my insurance and were awesome about giving me options. Just wanted to say thank you.

They are very professional and friendly. Dr. Bethel is the best pediatric dentist in our region!! She is so amazing and caring with my princess!! Please take your kids to her!! I trusted her with mine and I have never been disappointed! I RECOMMEND HER !!

I took my son for emergency issue to a dentist closer to my home, my son was so sacred then one of my neghibour told me about Dr bethel , I am so gald I found her, she and her staff treated my son so well they so profesional and they know what they were doing. was very happy after we left the clinic.

I just visited the dentist today, and ive been visiting her for my whole life. She is amazing, and has the best staff ever! She is so talented and does amazing work on my teeth! This is easily the best dentist out there. I highly recommend coming here if you want great teeth
