Dr. Le was extremely rude to my mother and I. She became frustrated when I began asking her questions to help me understand my mother oral situation. She became very upset on my numerous of questions. when showing me my mothers tooth pain she aggressively hit my mother's teeth. I brought it to her attention and she grew more frustrated. I see majority of her reviews are positive and I wonder why she wasn't pleasant with us. I thought to myself she is either bias or she needs soul searching. I hope this post will be helpful for the next person she may become rude to.

Dr fern is a horrible rude lady, complete waste of money. Find a better option besides her you will thank me later.

When you have this kind of work done, the way you are treated can be as important as the procedure itself. From the first minute in the office, I felt well-taken care of -- Vivian was kind and welcoming and guided me in the right direction. Dr Le was efficient and very friendly and took extra steps to make sure that my tooth could be saved. Even the assistants were smoothe, capable and organized. The office also went an extra step to schedule the necessary followup appointment with my dentist. When I researched the office before going, I thought that the procedure might cost a lot, since it seemed that they do a lot of extra work. But it was actually affordable. One of the biggest issues with root canal is pain; in this case, there was no pain to speak of. If you need a root canal, I highly recommend Dr Le.

Hands down one of the best dental experiences I ever had. From the front office staff to the doctor herself, everyone treated us with respect. I would recommend anyone looking for an endodontics to really look into Dr. Fern Le. Thank you again for the great hospitality during my visits.

Dr Le and the rest of the staff at Capitola Endodontics are very professional and friendly. Dr Le did an outstanding job doing my root canal. I was very comfortable during the procedure and Dr Le is very thorough. I really liked my experience there and I would highly recommend Dr Le to anyone needing this type of dental service.

I highly recommend Capitola Endodontics.. I have been receiving treatment from Dr Lei since 2008 and she is the most professional Dr ever! I thank her and her staff for always being so professional and efficient. Dr Lei office always uses the most up to date technology to assure her patients get the most accurate treatment. Thank you for taking care of my oral health for all these years.

If I was able to give less than one star that would be my mark. Purely profit making and not patient based. I already completed my x-rays two weeks ago with this office; however, apparently they have a new 3D X-ray machine that needs to be paid for. Basically forcing me to take new images saying it was necessary to further evaluate. After my continued protest I finally paid for something I did not want! When the Dentist came to me to discuss my issue these images were not even used. Why the adamant, insistent forcing of using this new technology?

Had a great experience. Dr. Le was able to see me quickly (which helps when you are having pain and not able to chew). Had a root canal which saved my tooth. Pretty much pain free after a couple of days. Able to chew on this tooth the day after the RC. Professional and pleasant staff and experience.

I'm sure no one would refer to getting a root canal as a great experience, but I have nothing but good things to say about Capitola Endodontics. Everyone at the office is helpful and professional. Dr. Le answered all my questions about the procedure and explained what was going on before, during and after. When you need this sort of care I would definitely recommend these folks. RS Santa Cruz

TMJ pain and swelling associated with a top right molar. The root of that tooth was inflamed and damaged. Dr.Le Performed a root canal and vacuum ultrasonic cleaning of the canal. This has corrected 5 months of suffering.

Dr Le was awesome. She knows what she is doing. It's a complicated procedure and you want the best and she's the best. Very nice person although she doesn't communicate much during treatment which is fine with me. She did say when she was close to being done. Maria Legallet I felt very confident that she did a good job.......

After an apparently failed root canal that resulted in an infected gum my dentist referred me to Dr. Le. After a scan showed bone loss she clearly explained what would happen, a partial root canal with retreatments. After 4 more treatments over 9 months, each involving drilling and injecting antibiotic, the bone filled in and she completed the root canal. From beginning to end, I was impressed. The front office, assistants and the Doctor seemed completely professional. All were excellent communicators. The billing was clearly explained during my first visit. I knew what I was paying for [which included all subsequent visits] and what I would owe if the bone filled in and Dr. Le could complete the root canal. I won't use the analogy "I'd rather have a root canal" to describe a bad experience anymore.
