I am very disappointed in this from your office. We had our first appointment on 07/07/22 at 240pm. I have missed multiple days of work trying to get this taken care of because according to your office I was required to pay 100% in full and this was not covered. As you can see below My United Healthcare gave you a predetermined estimate on 07/11/22. From the first appointment to schedule surgery you all let me know I was 100% responsible. According to the below statement that was incorrect. My daughter has been given multiple rounds of penicillin and Norco's due to an infection and because I was not able to come up with $3,000.00 I was denied. The whole time you all had a predetermined estimate from the insurance for my out of pocket to be $466.70. I had to reschedule multiple times letting the office know that I could not afford that. I recently logged into the insurance website to let you know that I saw a predetermined estimate only to find out that you are now out of network. According to Barb she stated that the doctor did not like the payments United Healthcare was agreed to pay so you all dropped United Healthcare Dental. I feel this is unethical practice and you are operating with no dignity. My daughter is 17 years old and I am a working Single Parent paying for insurance and my children. I asked Barb if we could be honored the in network pricing due to the misinformation that was given to me multiple times and was told "No, Dr. LaTocha will not do that because he does not like the pricing United Healthcare is offering so we dropped from their Network." I am completely disappointed in the care that was denied due to the commitment you all made to be apart of United Healthcare Dental Plan. I will be contacting a lawyer and leaving a review as this is not the kind of practice I would expect from your profession.

This doctor is the best dentist I have ever known for oral surgery. Best office manner and staff is awesome all the way around, very accommodating and friendly. I love this dentist mannerism and his care for his patients. Very professional

My 13 year old needed four teeth extracted. I've worked with Dr latochas office in the past and knew she would be in good hands. He was so good with her! She did so much better than I thought she would. Best Oral Surgeon in lake County hands down!! Thank you Dr Latocha!!!

My son recently had surgery ( 3rd molar extractions) with Dr. Latocha. We had a thorough consultation, which included xrays and explaining the procedure. All costs and insurance coverage was explained in detail. My son did great and was out of surgery in no time. I have true confidence in Dr. Latocha and his entire team!

Fantastic professional staff, Dr Latocha explained everything in great detail, I felt totally comfortable in his care. In addition he has a very welcoming demeanor and a valuable sense of humor that made me feel at ease. Thank you for all that, as well as a painless experience.

Dr. LaTocha was really kind & friendly and so was the staff. The staff accommodated me for my urgent wisdom teeth extraction as best as they could. Overall I had a really great experience at this dental office, they explained my recovery process & at home post-op care with great detail. I would definitely recommend this practice!

My experience was exceptional. I had 3 extractions plus one implant and the process was seamless. I had minimal pain and healed properly without issue. The whole office is second to none.

Both of my sons have had their wisdom teeth taken out by Dr LaTocha and each time was a fantastic experience. 1st son about 3yrs ago and 2nd son just last week.The office staff,assistants and Dr.LaTocha are top notch,professional and caring.Would never have gone anywhere else!

Both surgeons are very careful to communicate with you about what is needed and the office Staff is very effective and efficient. The doctors go out of their way to be sure you are getting what ever you need post surgery to include what your own dentist may require. I am very pleased. I have used them three times in the recent past. JS

I had to have a tooth extracted that had been painful for weeks. My regular dentist was in the middle of trying to extract it. The tooth was wedged under a bone ridge in my jaw, and she could only get the tooth half-way out before I had extreme pain & she had to stop. My dentist called immediately over to Dr LaTocha's office. He was on his lunch, but he quickly agreed to complete the extraction that was only half-way done. When I got to Dr LaTocha's office, the staff checked me in quickly and once he started, the tooth was out within minutes. Thank you so much to Dr LaTocha and his great staff. I can't believe how quickly they completed this emergency procedure. I have never experienced anything like this before. It was so crazy driving between dental offices with my tooth half way out!! So glad my dentist referred me to such a wonderful oral surgeon like Dr LaTocha!!

To all seeking care from Dr. LaTocha and staff care professionals, There was a time, I endured a cracking of my upper right molar and requested an implant over riding my routine dental care providers recommendation for a crown. I am proud to let you know, Dr. LaTocha performed the procedure for me. I am excited and proud that I had went through with his recommendation, the implant he had placed for me was a seamless procedure and the outcome was beyond my expectations. Recently, I chipped a front lower tooth and was again referred by my dental provider to Dr. LaTocha for another implant, as I did not want a crown. When Dr. LaTocha looked at my x-ray of the front tooth, he shared with me that the root was not only healthy, but the implant would not be a great decision due to its location. It would not take! He recommended veneers and/or noninvasive procedures. Not only did he save me money, but he was honest! This was the best office visit I had ever had! Please know, you are in good care and best hands.
