The dentist and her staff are the rudest professionals I've ever met in my life. She shamed me for biting the insides of my cheeks and told me I need medication. She has no empathy for people with mental health issues and cannot even try to relate. She also shamed me for my children's teeth. Her assistant wasn't much better. They were relentless the entire time we were there and it was most unprofessional experience I've ever experienced in my life. I wouldn't recommend her office to anyone unless you like people talking down to you like you are a pile of garbage.

I cannot say thank you enough for Dr Eva Goettsch and her staff for getting me in so fast (due to a cancellation). I live out of state and called with a emergency tooth infection. Everyone treated me with compassion as I was in a lot of pain. I plan to continue my care with Dr Eva when I am back visiting family. I highly recommend them.

I hadn't been in some time and had a lot of work that needed to be done. It literally took weeks to get caught up with fillings, a tooth extraction, referral to a periodontist, etc, and now I'm back on track and things are great. I'm a regular for now on.

I would give 0 stars if I was able too. I had a cleaning done 2 weeks ago. It's been 2 years since I've been to the dentist. I brush my teeth twice a day, in the morning & before bed. I've never flossed in my life. I go to my appt and Eva says "wow you have some cavities and that's a shame because you have nice teeth. You need to do better hygiene and floss" SEVERAL times with a terrible attitude. After looking at my X-rays I asked her how she could see the cavities and she responded with "because I can." I then make an appt to get a cavity fixed and had to call in due to my son being sick and not having a babysitter (I'm a stay at home mom) the receptionist says "well why don't you call back when you do have a babysitter" and I explained that I would not be able to find one as I'm a stay at home mom and she responds with "well we don't do reschedules unless it's a 24 hour notice and you signed a waiver stating that. Youll need to find a new dentist." First off, today is Monday. Clearly they aren't open on Sunday. Second, I didn't sign a waiver stating that I had to give 24 hour notice, I signed a waiver stating if I did a no call no show it was a $50 fee paid out of pocket. I have NO problem finding a new dentist. I didn't get ANY sort of respect the second I walked into the office and the disrespect continued as the whole situation processed. I will NOT and do NOT recommend this dentist office to ANYONE!! The sad part? I went to school with the dentist's kids which was well known and I was still disrespected. This place is an absolute joke and all they care about is money.

The doctor and her staff took care of me. I have not gone to the dentist for a teeth cleaning for 15 years. Last time I went to the dentist was just to get my wisdom teeth removed but they did not clean my teeth at the College of Dentistry in Iowa City. From a different dentist office in iowa city I have a leak in one of my feelings causing the cavity underneath and pain and a filling fell out that I never knew about. I went in to the marengo office and she diagnosed all of my issues and gave me a teeth cleaning that was definitely needed and my teeth feel cleaner and better than ever. Will go back again.

Highly recommended! Friendly, caring dentist and staff. I have several serious health issues including chronic pain. Dr. Goettsch is aware and considerate of those .My meds and health affect my teeth. Just had a 3rd tooth extracted. It was broken and had some infection. My last dentist told me there was nothing wrong. The Dr made it as easy and painless as possible. I have a new dentist. Very pleased! A+.

Not a good experience at all. First of all the receptionist was about as friendly as a rattle snake both times I went there... As soon as they found out I didn't want to spend a lot of money... They treated me as if I were a leper!!! Seriously. They couldn't wait to get me out of there. At least she gave me some prescriptions for antibiotics and pain relief... Other than that I would never recommend Her or Her staff.... Except the dental assistant... She at least was actually nice.

I love Eva! She always takes great care of me. I've never had a dentist that was so nice! It took me years to find a dentist that made me feel comfortable, and that actually cared. She always does everything to makes sure I'm not in pain or feeling any discomfort and always feel comfortable. I always recommend her to my friends and family.

Not a good experience at all. First of all the receptionist was about as friendly as a rattle snake both times I went there... First to make an appointment, and then secondly when I went to said appointment. Not friendly at all.... And a terrible way to "greet" the public and new clients. The the dentist herself... As soon as they found out I didn't want to spend a lot of money... They treated me as if I were a leper!!! Seriously. They couldn't wait to get me out of there. At least she gave me some prescriptions for antibiotics and pain relief... Other than that I would never recommend Her or Her staff.... Except the dental assistant... She at least was actually nice.

I love Eva! She always takes great care of me. I've never had a dentist that was so nice! It took me years to find a dentist that made me feel comfortable, and that actually cared. She always does everything to makes sure I'm not in pain or feeling any discomfort and always feel comfortable. I always recommend her to my friends and family.

Eva it nice and friendly but i went there a few years ago and miss or was late for 2 apts or so and i called to have them fix the teeth they did work on and the refuse to fix it now i have to save up more money go pay someone else to fix it and they kept my cap so i cant even give that to the new docter to put back on for me then i asked if they could see my daughter they said no becuse i cant be seen there they could at least fix the tooth they massed up on its said they are holding things agenst me from wen i was like 18 or 19 and now im 23
