I've been seeing Dr Darkow for 18 years and always enjoyed the service. However you should be warned if you're at all concerned about COVID-19 safety protocols, they are not practicing them here. No mask requirements signage listed on door, no text before you walk in, two staff were sitting next to each other at desk without masks on, no plastic shield barrier to protect guests checking in. Doctor walked into front office without his mask on. Hygienist speaking to me was defensive when I raised my concerns and had her mask pulled under her nose. Dr. said they are wearing masks when they're doing work on patients and they feel comfortable with what they're doing and didn't express any regard for my concerns. In a high risk environment like a dental office they should be doing so much more to keep themselves and patients safe during COVID. The only thing they had me do was fill out a form telling them if I was exposed to COVID the last 14 days, and I found an old bottle of hand sanitizer hidden in the corner of the waiting room, as there was none at the front desk for after using pens. I was very saddened and left due to their lax attitudes during a raging pandemic, especially when our state is currently under a mask mandate inside businesses. Very disappointed to have to leave for this reason after being such a long time patient.

First class , always great professional service. Would recommend to anyone! Extremely happy that I don't have to wear a mask! So tired of masks!!. Place is always neat and clean and welcoming.

I have went to Darkow for the last 25 years. Awesome dentist you can trust. I moved to the Madison area a couple years ago and continue to make the drive to Dr. Darkows office.

Very friendly staff. Doctor was very nice. Haven't been to a dentist in 8 years did not criticize me at all.
