Dr. Erin Bear received her Bachelors of Science degree in Biology from the University of New Orleans and her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from LSU School of Dentistry. She is an active member of the American Dental Association, Central Louisiana Dental Association, Academy of Sports Dentistry, as well as the International Dental Implant Association.
Dr. Bear is New Orleans native who moved to Alexandria in 2010 with her husband Chad Bordes and two children Ali and Parker. She is an avid New Orleans Saints and LSU Tiger fan and enjoys spending time with friends and family. She is also an active member of the Chamber of Commerce, Young Professionals Group, Junior League of Alexandria and current Board Member of her neighborhood Association.
Erin Miller is from Alexandria, Louisiana. She earned her BS in Dental Hygiene from the University of Louisiana at Monroe in 2007. Erin is married to Mike, and they have two children, Peyton and Kade. In her spare time, Erin enjoys watching LSU and Saints football, traveling, shopping and spending time with her family and friends.
Fallon is the Hygiene assistant/coordinator here at Bear Family Dentistry. She has been a team member at our office since July 2017. Fallon has a passion for dentistry and loves making patients smile. Fallon is married to her husband Kaleb Lasyone. In her spare time she enjoys family, friends and fishing with her husband.
Kristie is the insurance coordinator here at Bear Family Dentistry. She has been a team member at our office since May 2020. In her spare time, Kristie enjoys traveling, shopping and spending time with her family, friends and dog Bolt.
Rebeka is the front desk receptionist. She has been a part of our team at Bear Family Dentistry since October 2020. Rebeka is a mother to her beautiful daughter, Davis. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also loves road trips with her twin sister.
Carrie is a dental assistant here at Bear Family dentistry. She has been a member at our office since October 2020. Carrie enjoys helping our patients to the fullest. She enjoys family time, traveling and playing with her nieces.

Dr. Erin Bear is the Top Shelf of dentistry in Alexandria, LA. No pain whatsoever when she pulled my teeth today. Very gentle. Love her and her staff!

I have been using this dentist for 3-4 years. The dentists have always been decent. I had an appointment scheduled two weeks ago. Upon arriving to my appointment, I was told that I was cancelled just because I didn't confirm the appointment. I was, then, told that I couldn't get a reschedule date until May 2022 due to how booked up they are. That's ridiculous that a paying customer that has never missed an appointment before gets cancelled and has to wait another half of a year to get an appointment. I'll be finding a new dental office that cares about loyal customers.

I never leave reviews or care to leave them but I went with my girlfriend to her appointment and I was so impressed with how knowledgeable, professional, friendly, courteous, honest and funny the entire staff was! They genuinely care about you. Very rare to find. I will most definitely tell people about this place! Good job guys!

Best dental trip I have ever had. Very nice staff and doctors. Nice neat clean sleek environment . Made me feel very comfortable being somone not fond of dentist. I give them 2 thumbs up.

Yesterday was Karson's very first dentist appointment. The service from the time we stepped through the door until we exited was absolutely amazing. The dental assistant made Karson feel so comfortable and Dr Bear was so down to earth truly felt like a family vibe in the office...the assistant even went the extra mile with printing out xrays and help with the referral...all and all Karson hasn't stop talking about his dentist visit and reminds me that he needs to brush his teeth at night lol

I know that it sounds crazy but I love going to THIS Dentistry. Everyone there is excited and happy. Each person spends quality time with you even if it means slowing down to explain the process or procedure. I have received numerous advance notices leading up to my appointments and was greeted by name once I arrived. That's was true exceptional service feels like and is suppose to be about. Although I am numb when I leave and know that I am about to invest a lot of money with these people; I WANT to with these people. Thanks to all of the staff at Bear's Family Dentistry
