AsChrist-followers weincorporate ourfaith into ourpractice. Whenproviding care to ourpatients we willpractice with Biblical principles. One such principle is found in the book of Hebrews (13:1) which says:
A Louisville native, Dr. Veal graduated from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in 1995. After his doctorate, Dr. Veal spent a year in Burlington, Vermont where he received advanced dental training in a General Practice Residency Program. It is also where he met his wife, Denise. They have been married for 25 years and have four children together (Nicolas, Noelle, Nathaniel and Mebrate). Dr. Veal has practiced dentistry in Louisville for the last 24 years and still plans to practice for another 15 to 20 years, God-willing.
Dr. Leah Viola grew up in Paris, KY and moved to Louisville after graduating from Hanover College in 2012. With an interest in medical missions, she first completed her masters degree at Southern Seminary in 2014 and then earned her doctorate from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in 2018. While in dental school, she was involved with the Christian Medical and Dental Association. She attended weekly Bible studies, served on the student leadership team and went on mission trips to Ecuador. Dr. Viola spent this past year completing a General Practice Residency Program at U of L Hospital where she received advanced training in caring for medically complex patients and performing surgical procedures.
Dr. Viola is recently married (their wedding was in March 2020 and had to be completely revamped because of COVID), and when shes not in the office, she can be found caring for their home and woodworking with her husband. Ask her about their latest woodworking projects! She and her husband are members at Immanuel Baptist Church in Louisville and love having people over for dinner. Dr. Viola is thrilled to be joining Dr. Veal in practice. She cant wait to meet you and is excited to care for you and your family.
Anna is a proud graduate of the University of Louisville School of Dentistry with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. There she learned to provide excellent oral care to some of Kentuckys most complex patients. Since her graduation in 2014, she has been apart of a vibrant practice seeing and treating patients at Iroquois Family and Cosmetic Dentistry. She loves spending time with her patients and educating Kentuckians on their oral hygiene needs, helping them to achieve optimal oral health.
While also a wife and mother, her family is equally as important to her. She and her husband Matt have two beautiful daughters, Amelia and Gwenyth. They enjoy parks, their church family and visiting their hometown in Northern Kentucky.
Irma was born and raised in sunny San Diego, California. She moved to Louisville, KY in June 2016. She has been apart of our office since August 2016. She enjoys spending time with her son andfamily. Irma enjoys beinga part of the Iroquois Family and feels blessed to be working in a faith-based environment.
