Eric and his staff are phenomenal, I like many before me did a lot of research and had a lot of conversations with people about root canals, It was unneeded. In the beginning he took the time to sit down with me and assuage all my fears and concerns, he did an excellent job numbing me up and he did a phenomenal job in general , anyone lucky enough to be sent to him or just to look up endontontist, would be well served to work with him , he is an artist with his tools and takes his work beyond seriously. 10 stars , bravo Michael Ash

I was scheduled with Dr Gotlieb for a a same-day procedure (thanks to help from my regular dentist). Dr Gotlieb doctor met with me to explain the procedure and answer my questions; then, they described what was happening and what they were doing to my tooth during the treatment. When we finished, the doctor explained what I could expect the next 24, 36, and 48 hours, then sent me on my way with a couple of prescriptions. Tuesday, 24 hours after the procedure, Dr Gotlieb personally called me to check in on my well-being and pain. Not only did Dr Gotlieb perform a procedure to alleviate so much pain in my mouth, but he listened to me, answered my questions, and showed genuine care about my follow up experience. 5 star experience.

Front desk was very rude, doc refused to do service. I was rushed and constantly interrupted and not allowed to ask questions because he was in a rush to see another patient he gave me 3 options but didn't give me a recommendation and only gave me 10 minutes to decide a life changing choice. Receptionist told me to not call back with questions and they decided they were done with me.Didn't even offer a refund for the consult after they changed their mind and refused to "risk thier practice" based on my financial situation even after confirming with them I had the cash in hand for the procedure. strongly reccomend you get referred to a more friendly and caring practice with nicer staff. Front desk was rude to me over the phone before I even set foot in the office and was so annoyed by my question of "what are the odds this root canal will fail" it was enough for them to change their mind and refuse to see me. Worst experience with a doctor and staff I've ever experienced steer clear. Ask your dentist about a referral to Dr. Ludington's office in Portsmouth. it was the best experience and he totally solved my problem, despite what exeter endodontics told me would be impossible. This is a year later and I'm still scarred by this horrific experience. Beware people!

Dr. Gotlieb was able to see me on extremely short notice (within an hour) right before the holiday in order to get me out of pain. From start to finish, the experience was far and away the best I have had with any root canal treatment (which, unfortunately, I have had a few). I would give him and his staff more than 5 stars if I could!

I had a positive experience with Dr. Gotlieb and his team. Dr. Gotlieb delivered painless root canal treatment which eliminated all discomfort. His office and treatment room were clean and equipped with state of the art technology.

My experience with Dr. Gotlieb's practice was a positive one. I was quite nervous about having root canal therapy, but both Dr. Gotlieb and his staff made the whole experience comfortable. He was sure to understand my particular situation and recommend the best course of action. Followup was required after the root canal and Dr. Gotlieb made every effort to address my post-op issue. I don't have much experience with endodontics, but Dr. Gotlieb's practice is great.

Well, after having a root canal ... I found out Dr Eric drilled into my sinuses and have a 2 in Cyst in my nasal cavity ...on an antibiotic And the tooth has to be extracted... I should be refunded for my out of pocket payment...

I'd recommend another dentist. After examining the x-rays Eric said he'd be able to save my wife's tooth. Upon completion of the root canal he apologized and said he was unable save the tooth and now it would need to be extracted. The good news is that she still had to pay for his services. "a reduced fee." What a guy. After all, my wife had to sign the paperwork with the fine print stating that if the procedure doesn't work the fee would still need to be paid.

Great Doctor and very courteous staff. I had a root canal redone which worked out great. Prior to my visit I went to an Endodontist in Portsmouth who was rather terse and callous and I felt he was just pushing for an implant. I am glad I decided to go to Dr. Gotlieb where I felt much better taken care off.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Gotlieb and his staff. Everyone was kind, professional and knowledgeable. They fit me in at the last minute, and even though it was a late appointment my root canal was completed and I was treated with care and concern. The office is nice and comfortable. I highly recommend this practice!

Recently, I had a very painful experience with the root canal infection. My dentist referred me to Dr. Gotlieb office. I was impressed by his professionalism and knowledge. My issue and pain were resolved in one root canal treatment(instead of making two trips). His office staff was willing to work and help patience to reduce the costs in every way they could.
