Dr. Eric Steinbrecher has wanted to be a dentist from a very young age. He has a true passion for teeth, oral health, and the role that it can play in a patients quality of life. Patients really enjoy his easy demeanor andclear explanations of their treatment options. He is very skilled at making anxious patients feel at ease in the dental chair. Prior to becoming a dentist Dr. Steinbrecher gained experience in the field by working in his parents Dental Lab. He gained a lot of knowledge in building comfortable, functional and esthetic dentures and prosthetics. He attended College at The Upper Iowa University where he received his bachelors degree in Biology. He then went on to Dental school at Indiana University Purdue University of Indianapolis where he graduated with honors and received the Dentsply Merritt Award in Removable Prosthetics.

Dr. Steinbrechers goal is to remain current on new treatments as well as to keep proficient at the tried and true methods. He prides his practice in being able to meet all your dental needs. Procedures that many offices will refer a patient out for are preformed right here in office. Some of our procedures include oral conscious sedation, implants, endodontic treatment, some periodontal treatments, prosthodontics, and cosmetic procedures including veneers, crowns, and bonding. Having placed thousands of implants his expertise in implants has gained him the respect of many of his peers and he is often asked to train other dentists in implant related procedures at their own practices.

I truly care about the patients here at my practice. I like having theability to help a patient who has been anxious and unwilling to come see a dentist in the past, feel at ease and set them on a path to improving their quality of life through dentistry. I will never bully or embarrass a patient into doing the treatment I feel is best for them, but will do my best to thoroughly explain all the facts and treatment options so they can understand and make the best possible decision for themselves. My patients deserve the respect of myself and the entire staff here and that is exactly what we will provide for them. Its great knowing that I have a staff that is cohesive in their priorities of providing excellent dental care and striving to make our patients feel a part of our family.

Dr. Steinbrecher resides in Orangevale with his wife Shawna and their three children. He is often on the go with his busy family but when he has spare time he enjoys building classic hot rods, riding his motorcycle or ATVs with his kids, and spending time with his family and friends.

Shawna not only works in the front office but is also a Registered Dental Hygienist and is Dr. Steinbrechers wife. You may think that working with your husband would be difficult, but this husband/wife duo makes an excellent dental team! Shawnas love for dentistry started at an early age. You could say it runs in the family. As the daughter of a dentist she began working in her fathers office as a high school student. She assisted her father with treatment as well as helping him manage the business by working in his front office.

Shawna knew from early on that she wanted to be a Hygienist. Seeing the oral health of her patients improve has always been one of the most rewarding aspects of her job. Since having her youngest child she has transitioned into working part time in the front office. The flexibility of working in the front allows her to juggle all the mommy duties of her growing family as well! Her in-depth knowledge gained from being a RDH, coupled with years of experience in determining insurance benefits makes her well equipped for thoroughly explaining different treatment options to patients. It allows her to help her patients maximize their dental benefits while still choosing the best treatment options. You would be hard pressed to find another person with such a strong grasp of dentistry from front to back office.

When Shawna is not working she is usually toting her 3 kids to various activities. She is head coach for her daughters cheer squad, and is active in her childrens school and their community. She and her husband Dr. Steinbrecher reside in Orangevale and enjoy spending time with family and friends, and being outdoors with their kids.

Holly Torres has been working in the dental field as a hygienist for 16 years. She prides herself in offering each patient the best of care possible by staying current in all dental hygiene techniques and through her compassion and commitment in dental health. Holly is experienced in patient education and specialized in laser therapy as well as comprehensive periodontal health. Outside the office she enjoys her time with her husband and their three children. Her passions are camping, gardening, running, and church activities. Holly is a welcomed asset to our office.

Andreya has been with Precision Dental since 2013. Andreya graduated from Carrington College Dental Assisting program and became an RDA in August of 2013. Since then, she has blossomed into the gentle, compassionate, capable assistant everybody loves. She shines her brightest when she is putting a nervous patient at ease- something she does each and every day. Andreya lives in Midtown, Sacramento with her longtime boyfriend Max and their two kitties. When their cats need their space, Max and Andreya enjoy finding fun local things to do.

Kourtnee Hogue is the front office coordinator and self-proclaimed tooth fanatic. After interningfor Dr. Steinbrecher during her final semesters at college, Kourtnee was hired on and has enjoyed learning as much as she can about the dental field. She graduated from William Jessup University with a B.S. in Biological Science and plans to attend hygiene school in the future, where her love of teeth might be fostered into a career.

Sarah is Dr. Steinbrechers lead assistant and has been with him since 2007. Her passion for oral health started at an early age. She completed her Registered Dental Assistant training at Sacramento City College with honors. Upon completion of her externship she began working for Dr. Steinbrecher.

Sarah is certified in oral conscious sedation and has taken several courses in implantology, a procedure that she enjoys very much. Patients find her calm demeanor and competence in her field soothing. She enjoys seeing the improvement in a patients oral health once they begin treatment and finds her job very rewarding. As well as being a registered Dental Assistant she also holds a license as an Esthetician.

Amy our Registered Dental Hygienist has been working here in the office for 2 years now. She came to us when Shawna transitioned into the Office manager position and she had some big shoes to fill! Boy did she fill them.

People are often resistant to a new hygienist as was the case when Amy came to us, but in no time at all she had won them over! Patients love how bubbly Amy is, not to mention how conscientious she is of their oral health. Her aim is to ensure each patient leaves her chair feeling as though they not only received an excellent and thorough cleaning but also feel as though they have become a little more educated in their oral health.

Dentistry is engrained in Amys life. Her mother who is a dental assistant helped cultivate a passion for her field of choice. In fact not only is Amy is married to a dentist she also has both a Father in law, and Uncle who are Dentists. Amy completed her RDH education at University of the Pacific and graduated Summa Cum Laude. Before she completed her education Amy worked as a Registered Dental Assistant.

Amy and her husband reside in El Dorado Hills with their two children. When she is not working Amy enjoys traveling with her husband, spending time at the lake on their boat, and other outdoor activities.
