Just completed an appointment at Dr Arias' office. Tammy is a fabulous dental hygienist! She is thorough, patient and so gentle! Dr Arias checked a couple of problem areas and a plan for follow up was developed. Dr Arias is explained next steps and answered any questions I had about my treatment. Shelly made it easy for me to set up my follow up and is always so professional. I am so happy to be a 17 yr patient of this wonderful practice.

Dr Arias and his team, Shelly, Tammy and Lisa are truly incredible! I've been a patient for over ten years and from the friendly greeting upon arrival to the comfort and care in the chair, I couldn't be more confident in their work. Dr. Eric D. Arias is a real treasure! He has earned my trust and confidence over the many years I have been going to see him. Even though I don't reside full time in the Tampa Bay area at the moment, I do travel to see him when I need dental work done. His expertise is unsurpassed! His staff is extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to work with and they offer an experience that is simply the best!

Doctor Arias and his staff Shelly, Tammy, and Lisa are the best!! From the moment you walk into this very comfy, and friendly office, which which doctor Arias, and Shelley designed and built themselves, you feel right at home. The expert care and extra touch make this place my family dentist of choice. Also the smile for life guarantee is pretty great!

Great dentist and staff! We've been longtime clients and we wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr. Arias always looks out for our best interests and the support team is second to none. They utilize the latest techniques and newest equipment to insure that we are always pain free and comfortable during our visits. Highly recommended!

Dr. Eric Arias, DDS is recently celebrating 30 years of service to the Tampa Bay community. In those 30 years, he has served my grandparents, their kin, and now i'm happy to be part of the third generation! There is a reason this is true. Dr. Arias and staff work hard to perfect each and every smile and use a proactive approach to dentistry. My family has now relocated partially to Atlanta, GA and recently flew into town to be treated by Dr. Eric/ his staff. Tammy is the best dental hygienists around. Shelley is wonderful at the front office. Dr. Arias has a true 5 star supporting cast beyond just these three. The office is beautifully clean, well maintained, and innovatively focused. You can relax and look at the wildlife and tropical plants through the window view while in the office. I have more positive things to say, but I'll leave those to the next reviewer. If you want the best Dentist in the Tampa Bay Area and beyond - look no more you are home. edit: Please keep in mind, it looks like there are some disgruntled prior employees posting under "fake avatars" like Sweet Tooth and other names. You can trust a 3rd generation customer, or some weasel, without a confirmed name. It's up to you!

I went to see this dentist for a consultation last year. Careless, self serving, and didn't act like a true veteran as he claims to be. (Arias) I refuse to call him a doctor, treated this Veteran in a most despicable manner. I would never recommend this shell of a person to anyone. Don't let them use the line that they have no record of me being a patient, or having a consultation, or confusing the doctor (Like their response to the other bad reviews). I know where I went and I know what I dealt. Retire Arias, do the world a favor !! Master Chief Petty Officer Ronald Santos.

PLEASE I BEG YOU, DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR. LOOK AT THE TEETH THAT I ENDED UP WITH. THEY CAME OUT WRONG AND HAVE A SHADE OF YELLOW TO THEM. HE WANTS TO CHARGE ME ALL OVER TO FIX THEM. I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME. I HAVEN'T STOPPED CRYING. I CRY ALL DAY AND ALL NIGHT BECAUSE OF DR. ARIAS.

Let's first start with Shelly at the front desk, who come to find out is the doctor's wife. She is very rude and should not be the first person you speak with. Now let's move on to Dr. Arias. He is jittery, doesn't take time to explain things to you properly, and quite frankly has gotten a little long in the tooth for what he does. (ZERO PATIENCE) I would not recommend this office or doctor, I think they have one foot out the door and are really looking to maximize whatever dollars they can get.
