Dr. James Phillips graduated from Bloom Carroll High School in 1968. He spent 2 years in the United States Marine Corp. from 1971-1973. Dr. Phillips attended undergrad and graduated from Ohio University in 1975 with a degree in Zoology. He then attended dental school at The Ohio State University and graduated in 1978.
After graduating he joined his father, Dr. Edward Phillips who started the practice in 1946, at this location in Canal Winchester, Ohio.Currently, Dr. Phillips shares the practice with his wife Dr. Diana Phillips and daughter Dr. Emily Friedrich.
Dr. Diana Phillips grew up near Ashville, Ohio and graduated from Ohio University with a degree in Biology. Dr. Diana received her dental degree from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 1980.
Dr. Emily Friedrich grew up in Amanda, OH and attended Hillsdale College and The Ohio State College of Dentistry. She joined the family practice in 2007. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association and Columbus Dental Society.

Tabatha is from Lancaster, Ohio and has been working for Dr. Phillips since 2007. She started out as a dental assistant for Dr. Emily and was also trained to handle the front office duties. She has since taken over as Office Manager.
Amanda graduated from Raymond Walters Dental Hygiene School in 2008. She has been working in our office since 2011. However, as one of Dr. James and Diana Phillips daughters, you could say that she has always been a part of this office.
Sarah is from Lancaster, Ohio. She graduated in 2012 from Fairfield Career Center as a Certified Dental Assistant. Sarah has been a part of the team since 2013 and enjoys helping to provide the best possible care for our patients.
