I am fluent in English, Polish and Russian. All of my staff is, too. We also have working proficiency in Slovak, Czech and Ukrainian. While a large percentage of my patients are not Polish, as a native of Poland, I maintain strong ties to the Polish community and Little Poland in New Britain.
I havebeen honored with awards from the Academy of Operative Dentistry foroutstanding achievement in operativedentistry, theAmerican Association ofEndodontists, for outstanding achievement in endodontic therapy,and the Academy ofDental Materials for excellence indental materialsscience. I was also awarded 'Best Dentist' in the CTNOW Best of Hartford Reader 's Poll in multiple years (I am currently the reigning Best Dentist); named a 'Top Dentist' by the IAD, where I am listed in THE LEADING PHYSICIANS OF THE WORLD (Dentist Section); and received the OpenSource 'Patient 's Choice Award,' among others.
After graduating, I continued to seek advanced training every year, especially in the fieldsof cosmetic dentistry, endodontics, implantology. I am accredited in 3 dental implant systems as well as 2 different invisible orthodontic treatments, and one very fast one-wire orthodontic system. In fact, I have 26 advanced certifications, overall.

I have been going to Dr. Basil for years, she has always done exceptional work. I saw another dentist because I had moved to new haven area and it was nothing but problems. The trip to Dr. Basil is well worth it and won't be going to another dentist again. You will leave here very happy with the quality of work and attention to detail that is standard with Dr. Basil. Another client referred to her as the Michael Angelo of dentists and that is 100% correct. The hygienist, dental assistant and receptionist are all amazing.

I came here several months I was told that the tooth was cracked and needed to be extracted, the problem was that the tooth they said needed to be extracted was on the wrong side from where I was experiencing pain. Overall it was a horrible experience and I left there in shock with a quote for around $800 cash for just the extraction. I just went to another dentist for the first time since then and I was told that there's absolutely nothing wrong with any of my teeth and the occasional pain I experience is likely from clenching my jaw at night. So either that tooth has miraculously healed or Dental lies to patients and preforms unnecessary procedures.

My husband was having a tooth emergency. Dr. Basil is the most professional and nicest dentist we have ever come across. She got my husband in quickly and helped him in no time flat. Love Dr. Basil and would go to her again.

Highly recommended! A+ "I am a quality oriented person from nature looking always for the best service. This is what I found in Dr. Basil's office. Professional, knowledgeable, precise, careful and always concern for patient's welfare. She pays very close attention to details. Dr.Basil is like an artist if we are talking about teeth modeling. You will leave this practice with healthy and beautiful looking teeth as well. The entire staff is detail oriented and caring. You will find here very nice, friendly, always smiling people with great personal culture. Family like atmosphere. If you are looking for the best dental care this is the place for you!"

Best dentist that ever worked on my teeth by far... unbelievable attention to detail, great person in general. Actually cares about my well being and wants to help. Every employee there is so nice and professional. Amazing office/equipment and such a great enviornment. Patient for life!!!

Was very impressed by all staff today. Watched the dentist take the time to reassure a teenager who was scared. The hygienist took her time to carefully explain what needed to be done. The dentist also carefully explained details and talked about how it can be done so it didnt break my bank! The receptionist made sure to book my next appointment so it would be the lowest cost for me. Everyone is so nice and helpful and I didn't feel as if I were being rushed at all. For the first time ever, I felt I was more important than the money and just getting the job done. I would definitely recommend this dentist office!

Dr. Basil is a great dentist and most importantly a remarkable person. Her attention to detail is amazing making her a perfectionist at what she does. The staff is is very professional and supportive and you become attached to the family atmosphere that exists in her office.
