I used to see Dr Patino but after Many years she left and I was frightened to have a new DMD and I don't like change. I was extremely stressed and crying in my chair.I have a high fear of dentists. Well Dr James Brummett is amazing and very professional. He and his staff (nurses) are super nice. They made me feel very comfortable and not stressed at all. They also accept insurance now and that's a +++++. The practice is super clean and shiny. Overall if there were more then 5 stars I'd clickon all of them.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Brummett and his staff. I was warmly welcomed by Jill, front desk, and all staff during my visit. Dr. Brummett and staff have such a sense of humor! It put me right at ease. Dr. Brummett was attentive to my dental needs. Dr. Brummett and staff made me feel right at home, and with that said, I felt like I knew everyone for years. I personally recommend Dr. Brummett and staff for your dental needs. - Donna

Where do I start? Dr. Brummett is amazing! I was worried about changing offices. His office staff is knowledgeable and considerate. Jill was attentive and made me feel welcome when I entered the front door. I was able to ask questions, I didn't feel rushed, and my cleaning was AWESOME. I'm looking forward to my family receiving their dental care here. Just make an appointment! It's worth the change.

Dr. Brummett is literally the best dentist in the cosmos. He should be called "The Dentist Ghandi". I actually enjoy going to the office. People are friendly and kind, all the staff are great. Dr. Brummett takes his time explaining what is going on, and provides options to consider for you.

Amazing team. Dr. Brummett was very knowledgeable. The Hygienist was thorough, efficient, and caring. My teenager loved his visit, too. That says a lot! Go here!

Elizabeth Patino is an amazing, talented, and caring Dr. I trust her 1000% and I constantly refer my friends to her. Ive used her 3 years now without a single bad experience. Update: 8/24/22 Unfortunately I cant use Elizabeth anymore. She is still just as amazing at what she does but their scheduling practices for Botox have become very inconvenient. You can no longer schedule your appointment. Her assistant will call you and ask if you can come within 24-48 hours and only on Wednesdays and Thursdays. It has been this way for my last few treatments. I work an hour and 45 minutes away, have kids, etc.... He called three weeks in a row trying to get me to come in within 24 hours. Each time I gently reminded him that I wouldn't be able to come till this current week, that I have to work it out with my boss and coworkers. He said "Ok, I have you on the list". My youngest had a dentist apt this week that I missed (asked my oldest to take him) because I had already asked for the afternoon off to see Patino. Today(Wednesday) I still hadn't heard from them so I called to see if I could get on the books this week and he told me that he could not fit me in because they are full. I have used Elizabeth since 2016 and I hate to leave. I understand that others live closer and maybe it isn't an issue for them but I feel like you should be able to schedule these types of procedures.

I went to Dr. Patino office back in 2018 for my chipped tooth and a general teeth cleaning. I had paid for my services on the same day which was more than $1000. Four years later, I see a collection on my credit report that I owe them $104. This past four years I had never received any bill regarding this charge from her office or the collection agency until I saw my credit report had decreased by 40 points. This office has caused me a tremendous headache after four years for a charge that I had no idea about. This show they have a very bad management and they charge people whatever they want whenever they want without notifying their patients. I will never go back to Dr. Patino and suggest to people that do go to check what they are paying for at the time of service so this will not happen to them. Always ask for a receipt and a summary of the services you receive from them.

Dr Patina took my husband, Bruce in as an emergency patient and we were very much impressed with her staff, and their professionalism. She explained the procedure to him. She was prompt and she keeps a tight schedule. We are grateful and highly recommend Dr. Patina as a dentist.

Dr. Elizabeth Patino and her staff are amazing! I highly recommend her practice!! They are professional and so welcoming. I appreciate her clean environment, attentiveness to detail, gentle and thorough mouth care and cleaning. Dr Patino is very knowledgeable about oral health and how it pertains to our overall health. I have been a patient of Dr Patino's for over 12 years. I recommend her to all my friends and family. As soon as my little one is old enough for her first dentist trip I'm excited for her to meet and be a patient of Dr Patino's.

If tipping your dentist was a thing, Dr. Patino would make bank. I feel as though I am in the hands of an artist when she is working on my teeth. Her work is gold, and she and her team are on the cutting edge of technology which makes everything from appointments to time in the chair seamless and painless. I cant recommend her highly enough.

A photo release is a part of their new patient paper work. I didn't sign it because I never consent for any business to take my photo. A young lady entered my area with a DSLR camera and proceeded to take pictures. I let her know that what she was doing was illegal because I had not signed the consent form to have my photo taken. Dr. Patino was brought in to explain to me that photos had to be taken to make sure they were covered in the event of a dispute. At that point I knew I was in the wrong place. They proceeded to take photos and said it was because they had to make sure they were covered in case anything went wrong. I've never in my life been a patient of a practice that needed photos to make sure they "were covered" despite not having my consent. They totally disregarded me as a patient, and totally disregarded their position from a legal standpoint. What happened in that room with the DSLR camera was illegal and they knew it.
