I was up there at the office so I can't give it a five star yet because it's not done they do help you check for insurance so they know if it's covered it's on the first floor

I went there for wisdom teeth extractions and I have real dental phobia I tend to pass out when I see needles or blood. It started with a consultation appointment and they gave me some sedation options. I chose complete knock out! They got me on the schedule pretty fast even though I did wait a while to get in for that first appointment. The day of the surgery some nice staff ushered me in to the room they were all very friendly and they were chatting with me as the surgeon was starting my IV she said it was in and I didn't even know it. After that I honestly don't remember much except waking up everyone telling me I was done. They send some medications to my pharmacy to help with the pain. They went over stuff with my fiance what to do and not do and gave her some kit. It had gauze and some other things. Honestly my pain during healing was minimal the only thing that kind of was a bit annoying was the feeling of the stitches with my tongue but they were the dissolvable kind and didn't last that long. I highly recommend this place especially if you're chicken like myself!!

Don't answer the phone. Unconcerned with calling back. In severe pain, and refused to help without a referral. All about the money and games, instead of helping people. As more Dr offices are these days. Staff had no advice or help to offer, so I can get the process going. Just take your number out of the access website since you guys aren't there to help anybody!

cant even get an appointment, call with a complicated issue ive been dealing with an oroantral fistula for 5 months and they refer me somewhere else that doesnt have imaging equipment. although theyve spent the time to refer me somewhere more equipped to deal with my complex issue, they dont deal with these themselves, wisdom teeth and extractions, would not recommend going to someone who is unprepared to deal with the more complicated issues that may arise. What a joke

I got two wisdom teeth pulled here last November. Very scary, but they helped me feel calm. I like that the doctor gave me something to bite down on while she was pulling my teeth just so the pressure could outweigh the pain. It was over pretty quickly. I haven't had any complications since (other than a reaction to penicillin, but the doctor advised I quit taking it. It's so convenient that they have the Google chat feature and they are really responsive.) I would for sure recommend this location to others.

I had three wisdom teeth removed here just this morning. Dr.Alalawi, her assistant Wanita, the office ladies Randy, and Amber... were all so lovely and welcoming and understanding. I have a severe dentist phobia and they showed me such compassion and patience. The dentist communicated everything to me as she was doing it and always offered more numbing. (Which i didn't need) It was all over with in less than an hour. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The ladies came up to me multiple times to comfort me and encourage me. Thank you so much ladies for everything you do.

This was the best dental experience I had!. I was so nervous and they made me feel comfortable quick. The front desk, dentist Asst. & Dentist were all nice! The extractions themselves were painless and fast! I will definitely be back if I need more work done. Thanks!

Overall, the staff were nice but no one, including the oral surgeon introduced themselves. Not a single person stated their name or role, including the dr. It would have been nice to know who was who and the name of the person performing my procedure. The procedure went well with my wisdom teeth extraction and they made sure to give more local sedation when they noticed I was having pain. I didn't like that she literally just left when she was done and immediately went to the patient next to me without even saying a word. Additionally, prior to my appointment it was hard to get ahold of the front desk I left several messages and called various times before receiving a callback regarding my appointment and that they had received my insurance referral. They seem like nice people but lack a bit of basic professionalism related to customer service. Dental work is a scary experience for some people and they don't seem to acknowledge/address this.

Randy has been my contact person and very professional. My special needs son who has state medicaid is finally getting the work needed for him. I love this place. I definitely would recommend this place. Thanks from the bottom of my heart

Horrible treatment. Do NOT go here unless you want to be mistreated and severely harmed. The girl named Sonya is rude and inconsiderate. They don't like being asked questions or to empathize with the patients. I do not recommend going here at all. The dentist is rough and not informal of what she does before she proceeds. Sonya tries to tell you how YOU feel and is too pushy to be working at a dentist office. It's funny you will see the "owner" only responds to POSITIVE reviews. What a joke there are much better practices in the Milwaukee area. AVOID THIS ONE!

Can't say enough good things about the staff and Dr A. Had quite a long haul of dental work done and had to be in the office once a week they were kind and compassionate. Dr A texted me personally to check on me daily to see how I was feeling. Would highly recommend. Definitely the best oral surgeon I've ever been to.

I was just on the phone with a lady by the name of Shil who is very unprofessional, very rude on how she handles people who have state insurance. She became upset that I didn't have private insurance like I did in the past. I have been calling them to schedule an appointment, when they keep saying they are in surgery and not able to answer phone calls. I asked her how can you "take orders on the register with dirty money and then make a burger for me" it doesn't make sense. If you're the scheduler you schedule appointments not pull patients teeth in surgery. Every time I call, they have to go into surgery. I mention to her that the private insurance is not valid anymore and she became upset because I have state insurance which should cover it, I told her that now I'm on state insurance and that's when she became combative with me about me being on state when I asked her that it shouldn't be a problem and that now she should bill my state insurance. I told her that I have been waiting since last week to receive a call from them with a schedule appointment but they have not called. I have been calling with my personal phone and they keep avoiding my calls ever since I gave them my full name with the last name HERNANDEZ. Apparently, they have a problem with people like me who are on state insurance. I did call them from another phone number and they answered it right away. I asked her is it because who I am or is it because of who my insurance is? I have to say that when I asked her why she wouldn't answer my calls, she couldn't answer me. She did say I will hang up since you're pulling the race card when I asked her why is she acting in this manner? But instead, she refused to schedule me an appointment and I said for her to let me speak with her boss and she said sorry got to go. And she hung up right away. WARNING TO ALL PEOPLE ON STATE INSURANCE BE PREPARE. Those who gave good reviews are in private insurance or fake. Rude rude and unprofessional. It just make you wonder the kind of unsanitary tools they use.
