My husband had a referral to have 3 wisdom teeth cut out. He only wanted 2 of them removed as one has already come in and isn't causing issues. The Sturgill office called him THE DAY BEFORE HIS APPOINTMENT to cancel because he showed "a lack of trust in Dr. Sturgill". My husband has never gone under anesthesia and was very nervous. Edyee Sturgill is disrespectful, has poor communication, and lacks the ability to give people a peace of mind. My husband simply asked to have 2 teeth cut out instead of 3 and had questions about anesthesia and Dr. Sturgill decided to instead cancel his appointment the day before. I will never recommend this office and we will be calling our lawyer.

I feel very confident with Dr Sturgill. She discussed my options, explained things to me and took great care of my teeth. Her staff is helpful and knowledgable. Communications between my dentist and Dr Sturgill have been helpful and everyone is in agreement on my plan. She has also removed wisdom teeth for two of my children- scheduled easily and great care. I highly recommend.

After my consolation with Dr. Sturgill, I felt much better about having a much dreaded procedure. She was kind and professional and I trust that she will do an excellent job. Also, her staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the office was very clean and accessible. 5 stars for everyone there!!!

I highly advise people to get second opinions from this place. I've never been under anesthesia or knocked out in any form or way. This doctor was extremely rude she walked in the room and was out of the room within 3 minutes. She told me what I was going to have done and did not listen to my thoughts. Wisdom tooth Number 16 is in straight and even. I can also floss between it with ease since my teeth aren't really crowded...... My bottom two wisdom teeth tooth number 17 and 32 are a totally different story...... Those are the only ones I wanted cut out. They are inverted and pushing against 18 and 31 so they got to go. I called for just a quote to see how much just the bottom ones would cost. I related my fears on my last "follow" up call. The next morning (THE DAY BEFORE MY SURGERY) they called me to tell me they were cancelling my appointment because "I did not have faith in her"...... I never said that .... Does this women have a god complex? Wow..... Going to see what my legal options are since all these people want to do is tap insurance and not do the work. What a joke. Found another DOCTOR to chop them out for $230 a tooth....... So $460 out the door. This people were trying to get $1700..... The "affordable" Doctor" has 137 reviews and a 4.9 stars. I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted and barely had any pain or swelling and had no bruising at all. I absolutely adore Dr. Sturgill she is such a sweet and caring person and she did amazing job with my surgery. Her and her staff explained everything very well and were very accommodating with scheduling around my school and work schedules!

I came from Tennessee to see Doc Edyee for an extraction, reconstruction, and implant. She did a beautiful job! I was shocked when reading some of the comments regarding her being rude. I would describe her as quietly confident. I prefer my doctors to be experts, not best friends.

Dr. Sturgill and her staff are absolutely wonderful!!! She went above and beyond, I cannot thank them enough for the care and compassion they extended me. Very caring and knowledgeable doctor, I highly recommend!!!!

Very rude doctor her staff was very friendly but not her. She was in and out of the room quick she didn't show any interest in talking to me. I went and had surgery done she never called to check on me.

She was absolutely the best. She explained everything in depth, is super knowledgeable and I'm so glad things happened the way they did and she's the one who removed my wisdom teeth!

Dr. Sturgill has removed two of my children's wisdom teeth in the last 10 years, one of which was recovering from major facial surgery from Vanderbilt. She knows her stuff and is so confident. This always makes the patient feel truly at ease. Recently she removed a very large and growing benign bone tumor from the roof of my mouth (sorry no pic). It was impeding my swallowing and stayed so painful. She stayed in touch with me and I was able to give her photo updates (collage is first 48 hours) and then 6 weeks out - feels amazing! She has the absolute best office and office staff. Every step of the process is perfection. I would never go anywhere else. You want this doctor doing your oral surgery! She's the best!

I had my wisdom teeth out here and the entire staff put me at easy and explained everything that would happen. I have anxiety and while I was there I had absolutely none because I knew I was in great hands! I highly recommend Dr Sturgill! I will be taking my kids back when it's time for their wisdom teeth removal! I can not say enough wonderful things about my experience and this office!!

Very rude Doctor, treated me like a child, talked down to me. They told me my evaluation would be covered and then got two bills. I honestly have had bad experiences but they were awful. I wouldnt recommend them. She didn't acknowledge me, the staff gossiped as I waited like I wasnt even there. They all told me my mouth was in bad shape and made me feel awful, like I dont already know. I went to Chandler Park Dental instead and had an amazing experience there.

My daughter just had all 4 of her wisdom teeth cut out 2 days ago the staff was wonderful, friendly and very professional I would definitely recommend this dental officeThe dr is very good at her job and the little lady who wears the skirts was also very professional and so friendly I give 5 stars Hannah Morgan's mother .

Wow! what an experience! I can't think of a person alive that wants to have teeth extracted; however, I am very pleased that I chose Dr. Edyee Sturgill's office for my wisdom tooth removal! I was able to register online and remove the process of filling out the paper work in office. Quick initial appointment and as quick of a surgery time scheduled - within a week. The staff was great and I loved having Dr. Sturgill as my surgeon! She was very knowledgeable and informative. The procedure went very smoothly and without pain. They even sent me home with a goodie bag of stuff I could eat and a follow up phone call by Dr. Sturgill herself! Great Job and thank you!
