Dr. Szczepanik grew up on Long island, NY. His undergraduate degree was attained at SUNY at Albany and went to Farleigh Dickinson Dental School. Upon graduation he accepted a general practiceresidence in Augusta, GA. He stayed with the Veteran's Administration for five years while also teaching at the Medical College of Georgia and the University of Mississippi Dental School. After leaving the VA, Dr. Szczepanik averages overs 120 hours of continuing education a year with the state's requirement being in the 15-20 hours range. He is currently a clinical instructor at the Kois Center which is a state-of-the-art dental training center providing a rich environment for advancing the training and use of advanced dentistry serving dentists from around the world. He is also a Fellow in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
I was born and raised in Lima, Peru where i graduated with honors from Dental School as a Doctor of Dental Surgery. I've been caring for dental patients since i moved to the U.S in 2000 and started working as a dental assistant in Peterson, New Jersey. Finding a love for dentistry and a desire to further my career Ibecame certified as a Dental Hygienist. Having my DDS degree validated in the USA gave me the opportunity to study orthodontics and I have been an associate member of the International Association of Orthodontics since 2009. After moving toFlorida in 2005, I joined Dr. Szczepanik's team in 2006 and I am thrilled to be a part of a dynamic team whose focus is on the health of their patients.
My name is Elizabeth Montoya. I was born in Colombia South America, and later moved to Los Angeles, California in 1987. I was a graduate of the National Education Center with a certification of a registered Dental Assistant. I moved to Orlando, Florida in 1997. In 2003, I joined Dr. Edwin Szczepaniks team and very quickly realized that I was working for a dentist with a lot of knowledge in dentistry. Dr. Szczepanik is always attending courses to demonstate and provide the best dental care for our patients. I enjoy every aspect of dentsitry and love the fact that we can make multiple patients happy by transforming their smiles and increasing their self-esteem
Sebastian was bornin California, but raised in Florida for themajority of his life. He is currently enrolled in college achieving his bachelors degree in biology to later fulfill his lifetime goal of becoming a dentist. Sebastian has always inspired to be involved in the dental field from a young age and continues to strive towards pursuing his goal. Outside of the office Sebastian has a passion for cars and spending quality time with family.
