A West Virginia native, Dr. Scott grew up in the Kanawha Valley area. Dr. Scott has a strong passion fordentistry and the pursuit of excellence in all aspects, especialy improving the oral healthcare of his patients. Dr. Scottreceived his Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the WVU School of Dentistry. He also earned a Masters of Accountancy from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelors in Accounting from the WVU Institute of Technology where he also played for the Golden Bears NCAA Basketball team. He has also passed the Certified Public Accountants exam although he does not keep his accounting CPA license active. Dr. Scott has completed an Internship with the Engel Institute in Implant Dentistry and holds memberships with the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Academy of Laser Dentistry and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. Dr. Scott also holds a Standard Laser Proficency Certification.
Dr. Scott has demonstrated his committment to give back to the community by volunteering hundreds of hours of community service to the HealthRight Dental Clinic, Give Kids a Smile Day, Missions of Mercy, Homeless Veterans Standown, and Pleasant Garden Baptist Bus. Dr. Scott has also volunteeredwith the public health service inBillings Montana on the Blackfeet Indian Reservation.

Dr Erin Malee Scott (Dr Erin) was born in Parkersburg, West Virginia. She attended Parkersburg Catholic High School where she was an All-State volleyball and basketball player. She completed her undergraduate program at West Virginia University, graduating as an Honors Scholar. Dr. Erin continued at West Virgnia University School of Dentisry where she received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery.
Dr Erin is committed to improving dental health care in the community and has participated in outreach programs such as NC Baptists Bus, Veterans Stand, Give Kids a Smile Day, Missions of Mercy NC and WV, and she did a rural program providing dental care in rural West Virginia. Dr. Erin enjoys all aspects of dentistry, especially meeting new people and helping them improve their smile. She has extensive knowlege in pediatric dentistry and has workedin pediatric dentistryfor several years. She is amember of the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry, and is certified by the Academy of Laser Dentistry.
In her personal life Dr. Erin enjoys sports, boating, reading, traveling, and spending time with herhusband Ed and their two maltese doggiesBaxter and Murphy. She also loves to cook and try new recipies.
Debby is new to our office but will make you immediately feel at home! She has come from an outstanding office in Liberty, NC where she obtained over 32 years of Front Office Dental Experience. She has a wonderful personality and works closely with the patients to ensure they maximize their dental benefits. Debby resides in Liberty, NC.
Brenda graduated from Alamance Community College with a dental assisting degree in 1996 and has worked as a dental assistant for 16 years, 14 of those years in this dental practice. Brenda has two children, Kassie and Kaleb, and is married to Kevin Lowe. Brenda enjoys watching her children play sports and spending time with her family. 'I also enjoy spending time with patients and getting to know them on a personal level.'
Jennie graduated from Alamance Community College in 1991. She is married to Jerry Shelton Jr. and has two children Ashley and Nicholas. Jennie loves spending time with her family and vacationing to the mountains!

I have been going to Dr. Scott for several years now and that should tell you something. He has an excellent bedside manner and does a wonderful job. I feel comfortable and confident that I can trust him with my dental care. He has completed many dental fillings for me as well as crown work and a tooth extraction. His staff as professional and friendly and I highly recommend this group.

I had the best experience here, as a black woman I think we go out in the world and automatically assume we will get treated different. I had this expectation in mind but was completely wrong. They made me feel comfortable, especially because I was so nervous about my wisdom teeth getting pulled. But the process was smooth, and they took great care of me. I will always recommend this place .

A few months ago I went to a dentist who botched fillings so badly that I needed a root canal. After 6 weeks of insane pain, I came to Dr. Scott terrified of having another bad experience. Dr. Scott explained every step of what his treatment plan for me was so that I knew what to expect. He answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to reassure me and my husband that he could correct the mistakes the previous dentist made. I'm only 4 days out from my root canal, and I already feel so much relief. My pain has subsided, and my jaw no longer feels like it's on fire. I am so thankful for the team at this office, and I would 100% recommend them for all future dental care!
