When I first started being a customer with Dr. Bell and Pierce's office, they were very friendly and easy to work with. As time and appointments progressed, it became less and less of a pleasant experience at their dentistry. I recommended my mother to this dentist office shortly after seeing Dr. Pierce. My mother saw Dr. Bell. I have done business with both. In my visits, I could tell that a lot of mistakes were being made in the performance of their work. My mother and I have had several fillings at this dentist office. Mine were mostly filled by Dr. Pierce, and I am pleased with most of her work. Dr. Bell on the other hand, seems easily distracted while working on clients mouths. Dr. Bell seemed more concerned with talking over his patients, did not take the time to answer questions, did not take medical concerns into account, and makes frequent jokes while working on his patients teeth. My mother paid over $4,000 for her teeth with Bell, and she had an allergic reaction to the numbing shot. Dr. Bell became annoyed and frustrated by the fact that be would have to use a different product to accommodate her as a patient, due to her allergic reaction. In addition, several of her fillings fell out after only having them for approximately two weeks. Three fillings fell out in a matter of one months time. Dr. Bell did not want to do anything to offer a suggestion or replace the fillings she had done very recently. One filling would be understood, but not three in one month. I also had the only filling he worked on in my own moth, break off after a few weeks. My mother and I asked if there was perhaps something wrong with the product(s) that were used. Instead of offering anything to make the situation right, Dr. Bell asked for her to no longer return to the dentistry. My mother is now out financially and paid for services that she did not property receive for fillings, that did not last any acceptable duration of time. This ordeal is concerning considering: Symptoms of toxic reaction include convulsions, hypotension, and bradycardia, cardiovascular collapse, coma, and even death. In addition, I explained to a female named Brook, that I no longer had my previous medical/dental insurance, and specifically asked her not to send any bill to the old policy. I was sent a bill through the mail stating I had an outstanding balance owed. I asked Brook, when I spoke to her again at my next appointment, why I had a balance owed. She stated she sent the bill off to the old insurance policy right after I asked her not to. I asked her if she remembered our conversation. She stated that she did, and had made a mistake and did it anyway. She sent the bill that day off to the same previous insurance policy again, even after I refreshed her memory, and asked her not to send anything else to that policy. It seems that this dentistry in general has a consistent problem with not listening to their clients. I would not recommend this dentist office to anyone.

My family started seeing Dr. Bell after he was referred to us by other families. We've seen him for years now and there is no better. When our children were younger, the staff made it fun for them. They make it a great experience for everyone. Even the wait is short! I had pain yesterday and he knew exactly what to do to resolve it quickly. What a blessing!!! He's just that skilled of a doctor. There's no one in this area that I would ever trust more. I like knowing that I take my family to the best.

I had a tooth pulled and one filled. I was extremely satisfied with Dr Belle and the sweet young lady that assisted him. I would recommend Dr Belle and Dr Pierce. I have seen both of them. Thanks for great service

I have been a patient at Dr. Bell and Pierce for 15 years now and have not had a bad experience yet. Staff is super polite and helps with all your needs. They have always been on time and get you back at the time of your appointment.A very clean environment and I would not go anywhere else.

If you have a dental needs and are scared, this is the provider for you!! So with the pandemic being a thing and I typically am scared of Dentists, I was afraid of coming in. I was taken care of in a clean friendly environment and I left with confidence. Lisa & Dr Bell saw to my dental needs and I am so happy I put my fears aside to come in. This is how Dentistry should be and I'm happy to be a patient here.

I would like to extend a positive review to the dentist office of Drs. Bell and Pierce. I have been a patient of Dr Bell for many years. I have recently gotten to know Dr Pierce. Both of these dentists are very good, efficient, kind, understanding, compassionate, and can provides this type of experience to people of every facet of life. They have a wide variety of services to fit every need. They also accept many types of insurances. My children are patients as well. They are very comfortable and enjoy (as much as can be expected) their visits. I say that because some of the services we may have to receive may not be the most pleasant. They are very careful and I have not be in pain either during the procedures I've had to have. I would suggest them to everybody. Whether you live the dentist whether you are squeamish. When you walk into their office it's like a home away from home.

I recently moved to King NC and I am so glad I found this dentist office. Everyone there is so caring. I have always been afraid of the dentist until now. They have been so patient with me and always put me at ease. Dr. Pierce is so gentle. I didn't even feel it when she numbed me. You guys have a patient for life. Thank you for all you have done for me.

Being new to the area, I was feeling anxious about finding a new dental office. However, a problem with my gums forced me to seek help. After explaining the problem, Brooke managed to fit me in for emergency assistance, Haley and Dr. Pierce, as well as the rest of the staff were not only courteous and professional, but seemed genuinely concerned. This office now has a new patient. I would recommend this clean, friendly office to anyone, especially family and friends.

On Tuesday, July 28, 2020, my mother and I had dental appointments with Dr. Edward Bell. We were greeted at the door with all the necessary Corona virus precautions in place. Everyone was friendly and professional, as well as prompt. My hygienist did a thorough job of cleaning my teeth and made sure my bite guard was thoroughly cleaned. Dr. Bell was thorough in his check as well. I will always be grateful to Dr. Bell for the time he takes with my ninety-two-year-old mother. He is the one who, several years ago, stressed to us the importance of six-month gum checkups. At that time, she was suffering from a gum infection. He showed an interest in her well being and continues to do so. My mother and I find Dr. Bell and his staff to be caring, professional people who are pleasant and who have a sense of humor as well. Dr. Bell, Lisa, and Amber were all great! Took so much care and one on one time with me, a new patient. Dr. Bell has a great "chair side manor". I will definitely be recommendin his practice to friends and family!
