Dr. Noland is a great guy! I cannot recommend him enough as a dentist. In early 2022, I had an upper molar on the left side going bad. The tooth hurt when I bit down on anything solid. I could see some rotting by the gum line. I went to a first dentist, and he said the tooth needed to be extracted. I was surprised when he said that, because the tooth didn't look that bad. They charged me $100 for the evaluation. So I went to a second dentist, this time the dentist said I could indeed have a root canal. I was happy to hear that. But they were going to charge me $4,000 for everything. They would send me out to get the root canal done, and then they'd do the crown. But I checked online about the specialist who they had scheduled to do my root canal, and I read quite a few negative things about him (e.g., he got the wrong tooth in one patient's mouth). There were multiple complaints against him, so I cancelled the appointment. Plus, I felt I was being way overcharged. I also was charged another $100 for this evaluation. So I went to a third dentist, and they took x-rays, did an exam and evaluation all foe free (which is why I went to see them). Their dentist also said that I could get a root canal and crown. They also sent patients elsewhere to get root canals done. All seemed okay at first, but then their staff and dentist tried to pressure me to let them do a "deep cleaning," for which they wanted $1,500. I had never heard of that and didn't know enough to ask any questions. So under pressure, I let them charge my credit card for $3,500 (not including an additional $1,680 for the root canal which would be done elsewhere). Yikes! I went home feeling taken advantage of, again. So the next day, by mere chance, I found Dr. Noland's clinic on Google. Thank God! The Lord must have been looking out for me, because I couldn't have found a better dentist. I explained my ordeal to the lady who was assisting Dr. Noland, and she went and told him. At the time, the two previous dental clinics had $4,600 of my money, pending having procedures done (Thankfully I got all that money refunded without any hassles). I was so confused who to let fix my tooth. Dr. Noland had compassion on me as a human being, by only charging me $900 to do the crown on my molar. He said that I didn't need a "deep cleaning" at all, not even close. He saved me $2,250! I knew right then that I had found not just a good dentist, but a decent guy. Every time I have been to Dr. Noland's office, he always shakes my hand, making me feel like a human being. He respects me as a person. That is so important. Dr. Noland understands the importance of making people feel welcomed. People just want to be loved. Also, I learned the hard way about "corporate dental offices." Those are chain dental clinics who send money back to headquarters. So they charge you for every little thing, taking advantage of people. For example: The third dentist (a corporate dental clinic) that I consulted with, charged me $125 for an electric toothbrush. I went to Walmart and bought a Braun (a top name in dental supplies) electric toothbrush for $15, which works just fine. Dr. Noland's office gave me a free regular toothbrush and some toothpaste, at no extra charge. Also, that previous clinic had charged me $80 for two different types of dental creams, that would have been used during the procedures. Dr. Noland didn't charge me anything for those items. I am so glad that I found Dr. Noland, and I won't be going to any other dentist as long as I live in the city of Pensacola. If you want a great dentist, this is the guy!

Dr Noland and his staff are wonderful and very professional. My family and I have regular cleanings with them and have had an implant crown to several other services they offer. Dr. Noland has always treated us with GREAT respect. His staff is the best in the business. IF I COULD GIVE 10 STARS I WOULD! My family members have been going to him for at least 20 years...Todays visit was great and will see you later this month for my mouth guard.....Shawn Meyer.

Dr. Noland and his staff are great! They take care of us patients with kindness and compassion. My one complaint is that they recommend flossing...I hate flossing--but I also hate cavities between my teeth, and I haven't had any cavities between my teeth since I started flossing like they suggested. Search "Cordova Family Dentistry" if you want to see real reviews instead of the reviews posted by whiny babies!

If I could give a 0 star review I would. Dr. Noland was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Talked down to me and made sarcastic remarks during our conversation. I just walked out of the office. I can't stand that type of behavior especially since I'm the one paying for a service. I should have a say so in what I can and can't do to MY mouth. I would also like to note is it not the first time I've heard negative things about Noland and that is my fault for not heeding the warnings. He truly doesn't seem to care about the people he takes care of. Background: I went in for a filling, Dr. Noland mentioned he would have to numb my tooth. This is not my first filling. I had had one done before at another office (I moved, otherwise I would have had it done at my old dentist.) anyways, I don't like needles. I have a phobia. Yes I'm an adult and I understand that. But I have had no problem having dental work without it. I would rather take the tooth pain. I was going to explain that I was familiar with the procedure and that I would like to request no needles. Or just the liquid anesthetic they put over the gums instead and that would suffice. But before I could make my comment Dr. Noland proceeded to tell me if I couldn't do the needle I would just have to leave. I was dumbfounded by the way he made the remark as it was very sarcastic. Then followed with, a chuckle and "how old are you" like excuse me. I don't have to have a certain age for a phobia which was developed in my adult years anyways. I exclaimed that would be fine I would just leave. I was getting up to leave when I guess he wanted the last word so he mentioned I would have to deal with the needle later when he just takes my tooth out. I left the office furious. I've never had a problem with any previous dentist or orthodontist as far as needles go before this one. There was no need to give me attitude. It was uncalled for. As my senior you would figure he would have more maturity to understand not everyone is the same but I guess not. I will be taking my business to another office. I am now at Summit Dentistry, where I am well taken care of.

(Translated by Google) In April of this year, I scratched my caries, paid for the treatment, and after the treatment was so painful that I went to remove the cover that was inflamed because it went wrong and Bill came back in August. I'm still sick and can't chew anything after the second half of the peeling off. So I'm thinking of moving somewhere else. Actually, I don't want to give a star. I came to Dr. Noland after being refered by a friend. My teeth were in serious condition & in need of much work. Dr. Noland not only had the newest technology, he got me in immediately. Any other dentist I went to use to book me weeks out & didn't do much work each visit. Dr. Noland booked me 3 appointments immediately (due to my extreme stress) & had all my work done in one month. He saved my teeth & didn't tell me I needed additional expensive procedures (as other dentists have done to me in the past). He is very friendly, comforting & made me feel very at ease. I can't THANK him enough & intend on having him as my dentist from now on. :)

Horrible! Doctors were good but there secretary's should be at best a prison guard. They were rude, I was about to pay 2000 dollars with these peaple but they deffently need to hire different help! I have never been so disrespected in my life. I was told by the doctor to call him if I had any pain.well because they did not get my prescription (antibiotics) sent inn until 2 days later! My tooth is now infected..so told the secretary what was going on. She told me I would have to make another appointment (80dollars) this is a joke, here there are 2 good doctors yet there help scares peaple away. U can spend 5 dollars at McDonalds and get more respect then u will ever get from those two at the front desk..oh and just in case someone says something about the pain I made it clear I don't want narcotics yet that was still not good enough..anyway I will post as much as I can on social media about this and hopefully those doctors will make changes to their staff.

So I have went to dr sherouse a week ago to have him look at my tooth which was swelling and in an extreme amount of pain. He offered to do a root canal and I obliged even though I was very nervous as I have severe anxiety. He prescribed me 2 weeks worth of antibiotics and 12 pain pills for my tooth(which say to take every 4-6 hours for pain)And scheduled the root canal 2 weeks out. A week after I saw him I ran out of the pain pills and the excruciating pain returned. So I phoned them and told them I was out and needed to schedule the appointment sooner which they said they were unable to do. Upon this response I asked if since they couldn't schedule me sooner if they could perhaps give me enough pain meds to last until the procedure. The receptionist Debbie, upon my response sounded concerned that I was asking but said she would speak to Dr. Sherouse anyway. I didn't hear back from her until the next day which is when I called her myself. Her excuse was that my phone went to voicemail (which is impossible because my phone is always on). She told me that the dentist would not give me any more pain meds and to take ibuprofen. So I waited a couple days taking the antibiotics and ibuprofen but the pain got extremely worse and I had to call out of work. So I called them back and they told me I could come in and pay an additional $100 to have a pulpotomy. I decided to choose a different dentist after that point because I felt as though I was being treated like some sort drug addicted mongrel by his staff and not only that but they were trying to make me pay as much as possible for all these ridiculous procedures. All I needed was something for pain to hold me over a couple more days until the surgery!! Not to have my bill hiked even more. I definitely will not be taking my dental needs and business there any more.

I just went to see Dr. Noland about getting a filling that fell out looked at. I was 10 minutes late. I called at 2:01 to let them know I was stuck in traffic and would be a few minutes late. I got a call back at 2:06 from Debbie wondering why I was not there. I re-explained to her that I called and let them know I was stuck in traffic and would be in in just a few minutes. Which I was turning from 12th onto Fairfield by that point so I was not far. She had no problem with that. When I got there I ran in and said I am sorry, my name and got checked in. I then hear from the left Cathy yelling "She was more than 5 minutes late, I will go check to see if we can do anything for her". She came back and called my name I stood up and she said "they would look at my tooth but were not sure they could do anything about it today since I was late". I asked her if she was talking about me in the window and her response was "well you said 5 minutes." I corrected her letting her know I actually said a few minutes and would like her to simply get the records I would need to see a new dentist. She reminded me that I could not get in today and I said that was fine to just get my records. She finally got the 2 xrays I needed together and I requested her name. I am upset because I always loved coming to Dr. Noland. I have been seeing him for years. However, I refuse to be treated that way by his staff because I got stuck in traffic. Cathy was so rude and demeaning when she spoke to/about me. Not only was it what she said but how she said. Well yelled it. Unfortunate for Dr. Noland to be represented by someone so unprofessional.

Recently I had to have some dental work done with Dr. Noland. The staff was great, I was seen on time and it was the most comfortable experience I have had with a dentist. More importantly I am very pleased with the work done. I will continue to use him and highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone in the area.
