Every time I step into Dr. De Andrade's office, I always feel very welcome. I struggle going to the dentist because I never feel comfortable. However, this office makes me feel at ease and calms my nerves. I highly encourage visiting this office because the staff is truly so welcoming & the results are outstanding.

Dr. Andrade and staff are the best in town! i have been a patient for over 15 years with them. The staff is always friendly.

It was a joyful experience. The staff was very friendly. Also the Doctor and his assistant were real professional. I would recommend them to anyone seeking a Periodontist.

I trust and recommend Dr. De Andrade. He has been serving the Las Vegas community for over 19 years. He is personable and knows how to talk with his patients. The office cares about their patients and they take pride in providing exceptional periodontal care.

I think Dr. De Andrede is a miracle worker! To make a long story short, he thought he was going to have to destroy a crown on the end of an abutment. As it turned out, he was able to safely remove the crown and reattach it. The "icing on the cake" for me was knowing I was not going to have to spend money on a new crown. Dr. De Andrede is the only periodontist in Las Vegas as far as I am concerned. Ashley

This establishment and doctor are amazing! I am blown away by the level of professionalism executed by Dr. De Andrade and his fabulous staff. The dental work was very clean and masterful, which is incredibly important considering how sensitive an area this is to work on. You have to have the right person and Ed is the ONE! Beyond just the procedure itself, this place also really stands out due to all the other little details and touches. The actual aesthetics of the place are personally very appealing to me and I believe a good environment is totally important for mentality when you are coming to get not the most fun work done on a very delicate area. The decor is soothing and the "zen" room is such an impressive and unique touch! The whole staff is incredibly sweet and welcoming from the second you walk in the door. The customer service is above and beyond. They are also quite thoughtful at this office, often going out of their way to make each customers process of transformation through procedure very personally satisfying. You are not just someone there to give money for a service, you are a real person with a doctor who cares and gets to know you and actually TRULY enjoys his job and helping improve peoples' lives. This is so hard to find in this day and age so when I do find people and places such as this I feel I MUST speak up about it and share.

I STRONGLY felt like my lip lowering was unsuccessful . I remembering calling to express this concern and really didn't get a clear answer or any "solutions" so to me it's a terrible feeling to know $3000 in lip lowering was unsuccessful I attempted to dispute the failed procedure ($3000) their resolution was for me to come back in & get the invasive procedure done, again. No, I am not willing to go thru that again for it to fail- AGAIN. So instead of them doing the right thing & refunding my $ they would rather keep a completely dissatisfied customer ... shame on them. Blown away by your customer service! YOU did a procedure that FAILED! Plain & simple You suggested for me to come in and have the surgery over & because I did not want to go thru ANOTHER surgery just for it to fail again I have to pay for that!? What a joke. Like my dispute said. I was more then willing to pay for the services I received that worked, but to have to pay $3,000 for a FAILED procedure is outrageous. Congrats to you. I hope the $3,000 is worth the complete dissatisfaction of a customer

I had a great time when visiting Dr. Ed Deandrade's office. The staff was awfully kind, they even worked around my busy schedule. They made the whole experience a positive one even though I am extremely nervous about the surgery. Dr. Ed Deandrade and his staff are going out of their way to make sure my smile is better than ever and I cannot wait until the procedure is over.

Every time time I walk into Dr. Deandrade's office to the time I am finished, I am treated by a very warm and friendly staff that makes me feel very comfortable and relaxed. The atmosphere is quiet and soothing and the hygienists take their time to make sure they do a thorough job. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes before being taken back to their treatment area as well so the experience has always been great! Dr. Deandrade also makes me feel that he wants to make sure all his patients get the best care possible. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great experience.

Couldn't believe how easy dental implant was placed and it healed perfectly!
