Dr. Duraid Sahawneh is a General Dentist located in Yonkers,NY.He graduated from University of Detroit Mercy School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Sahawneh was raised in Southern California. He is a proud graduate of California State University of Fullerton where he received his Bachelor degree in Chemistry with concentration in Biochemistry. He is married to Lara and together they have three children.
Dr Sahawneh has been actively involved in organized dentistry for many years. He held numerous positions in several prestigious dentalsocieties and organizations. Dr Sahawneh furthered his post-graduate education by participating in many continuing education courses.He had received over 1000 Hours of Continuing Education in all phases of Dentistry which included: Implant Dentistry, Cosmetic Dentistry,Prosthodontics, Periodontics, and others.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Sahawneh and his staff. They are all so very kind and gracious. And they know their stuff. They do get busy because they have so many patients so I suggest requesting for the first appointment of the day to avoid having to wait.

I have been patient of Doctor Duraid for the past 6 years. My kids as well attend here. The service provided here are the best. The doctor always resolves my problems or any pain I have. I have always been up to date with my 6 month check up and he dose the best work. The doctor and his assistant always give the best service to the patient. I would really recommend family and friends to go even people with low income they always have options for you. My blessings to you doctor duraid and see you soon!

Great Dentist I been a patient of Dr.Sahawneh I came in with pain in one of my molars that had been treated before by another dentist who had done a filling.But it turns out that my tooth needed a Root Canal instead of a filling.I was in excruciating pain, Dr. Sahawneh was very compassionate when putting the anesthesia especially when I hate needles and through the procedure.I highly recommend him I also bring with children here my six year old loves him.

I've been going to Dr.Sahawneh ever since I was a child and I really enjoy the atmosphere in the office! The staff is great and the doctor always takes his time to explain the proper procedures for keeping my teeth clean and healthy. I definitely recommend my family and friends. Thanks Dr.Sahawneh!

This is the worst dentist In Yonkers. He discriminates against insurances and has a horrible attitude. Also, none of the teeth he "fixed" are really fixed, and I am still in pain. He discriminates against people and this is coming from someone within the same community as him. --- as you can see through his reply he is trying to negate my comment by saying he was "trying to ensure that I receive no surprises." This is absolutely false, I was fully approved for a crown and he told me if I did not pay him cash, he would not provide me with services.
