I really enjoyed my visit with dr Nguyen and haley. They are the absolute best and have taken great care of me since my very first visit. I have never had so much fun at the dentist. I am a patient for life and can't wait to refer my friends and family! Highly reccomend!

The most wonderful dentist Dr.Nguyen and his assistant Haley so caring he did extremely beautiful work on my teeth ! Very gentle and a perfectionist ! I have never had such a great dentist and Haley they are both very caring & genuinely concerned! I will never go anywhere else ! Please in all sincerity the best dental work ever and reasonably priced !

The excellent service actually began with my first phone call with Haley. I was hesitant and nervous about making a dentist appointment because who likes going to the dentist... but she eased my fears and made me feel comfortable. I showed up to my appointment and knew what to expect. I was amazingly surprised and was wrong it was even better than I thought it was going to be. Dr. Nguyen and his staff take their time and do not make you feel like you are being rushed in and out of the office. After taking x-rays and actual pictures of my mouth Dr. Nguyen comes up with a great treatment plan and explains why we are doing what we after doing and Haley does a great job of setting up the payment and telling me what options I have. After being afraid to smile for 22 years I now cannot stop smiling. Dr. Nguyen makes you automatically feel like you're at home and is beyond meticulous He will not stop until the job is done right. I have found my dentist for life and I have already referred several friend and family!!

Dr. Nguyen and his staff have provided me with the best dental experience I have ever had in my 70 years of having dental work. My experience was efficient and pain free. Everything was explained to me in detail from the treatment to the cost. If you are looking for a new dentist I would highly recommend heavenly smiles dental. Best doctor and best staff!

Dr. Frank is the best dentist I have ever gone to. I have a fear of dentists and he has completely changed my opinion on going to the dentist. I look forward to my visits with him and his awesome staff! Heavenly smiles is an understatement and left me smiling even after my root canal. If you are looking for a new dentist or are looking to change dr. Frank and his staff are highly recommend! 7 stars all the way!

After seeing many dentists, I feel dr. Nguyen and his staff are the BEST! I've been going to Heavenly smiles dental, Henderson, for over 15 years. I've never had to wait in the reception area more than 5 -10 limited, bottles water always available, very welcoming reception. My family and I are on a every 4 month cleaning program. When needed, we've been referred to dental specialist with whom we were very pleased. In fact, after getting an "A" on my most recent cleaning, and as we were over my x rays before and after, dr Nguyen showed me a dead tooth in my mouth, but due to start of Covington 19 quarantine we decided to wait to do anything with it because it wasn't bothering me and he needed to adhere to the recommendations of the CDC. A couple of days later I got a severe toothache. He and Haley met me at the office, examined my mother and determined I needed a root canal on another tooth ASAP. His assistant got me an appointment with a specialist right away. I did the root canal and all went very well. When dr. Nguyen was able to reopen for revised scheduling, he extracted the dead tooth and will complete the procedure after my gums heal. I was pleased and excited when his office re opened. He has PPE gear and has even installed disinfecting UV lights. As I said they are the best and I would highly recommend heavenly smiles de tsk to anyone in need of dental care!

When I first came it Dr Nguyen's office he recommended a deep cleaning. I wasn't happy with my old office because my teethnever felt clean. After I did my deep cleaning with Dr nguyen I noticed right away that my bad breath had gone away and my gums stopped bleeding. No matter what the cost of the deep cleaning was I would do it again in a year if that's what Dr Nguyen recommended because I trust him and experienced the results first hand. Best dental office experience I've ever had !!!

Dr Nguyen and his staff are extremely professional and knowledgeable. They take care of my every dental need. They always make sure I am comfortable and pain free. I have always been seen in a timely manner for my dental ermergencies. If you are looking for a 5 star office this is the place for you!!

Once again I had an outstanding experience with Dr Nguyen and his entire staff at Heavenly Smiles Dental. The atmosphere is always warm and friendly. My appointments are always on time, profrssuonal, courteous and friendly. Heavenly Smiles Dental has been my dentist for many years. They show me every time I see them that they care very much about my teeth, my health and about me. They are consistently the most caring and courteous dental care providers I have ever experienced. Each person who works on my teeth and helps me over the phone or in the office makes sure my experience is positive. When I brought my son, who has special needs, to Heavenly Smiles, they were so gentle and kind. They were able to get X-rays of my son's teeth and were extraordinary with him. Dr. Nguyen and his entire office are exceptional. I'm exceedingly grateful to have them as my dental care provider. I highly recommend Heavenly Smiles.

This doctor is a SCAM! He has formally been charged with insurance fraud in the past! Be very careful with him, even though he says in his paperwork that he will disclose all his fees, he does't.. My wife went to his office to get a cleaning, they said it'll cost her $649. Two weeks later, we get a letter from the insurance saying that this doctor attempted to claim an additional amount of over $1,400. For a DENTAL CLEANING SERVICE!!! They are now trying to get the money through COLLECTION agencies. Be extremely careful as a simple cleaning is, according to this doctor, worth over $2,000!

I have been a patient of Dr. Nguyen's for a little over a year now. This has been the best dental experience I have ever had in my life! Before coming to Heavenly Smiles Dental I was terrified of the dentist and now I absolutely love it! Dr. Nguyen always makes my visits fun and his staff is always so nice and helpful. I would recommend Heavenly Smiles Dental to anyone looking for the best dental experience!

I needed dentures n went to the dentist my husband used for his dentures the year before. He had such an easy time with them n Dr Nguyen is terrific! Patient, kind and he explains everything before, during n after your visit. Also, the staff, Haley and Debbie, are also so nice and helpful. I would recommend Dr Nguyen to all my friends. Thank you Heavenly Smiles. Now I have one!!!!
