Had a good experience with this place, until they dismissed my husband and I as patients. Apparently my husband called to many times about pain management for his wisdom teeth while we wait for his surgery to remove them and they, I quote, "Don't want to deal" with him any more. We've had a hard time getting insurance to approve an oral surgeon and the surgery is still three months away. I understand calling too much about pain makes you look like a drug seeker but they never gave us pain pills, only antibiotics. So this place is good for easy clients but as soon as you become complicated or difficult they dismiss you as a patient.

Just went there for a chipped molar with very minor reaction to cold beverages. They decided to do a filling which started to hurt when doing bite testing. Claimed they couldn't have exposed the nerve then quickly decided to recommend a Root Canal. After the numbing medication wore off, the entire area around my tooth was in throbbing pain that I couldn't focus. Eating has been a challenge for the past week. My gums seem to have finally healed but I can't even crush a grape in my molars without excruciating pain. Trying to find another doctor in my network to undo what was done. I was better off with just the chipped tooth.

My experience up until now has been ok. I have been a patient for years and just the last 2 years I have had $10k in work done. I make my appointments six months in advance and attend cleanings twice a year. Then all of a sudden my appointment I made last year gets cancelled because they are down a hygienist. Ok, put me with another one. No they want to move my appt to November. What? Aren't you supposed to do a cleaning and check the $10k in work you completed ($5k of that out of pocket). I am beyond upset at this treatment and so much for loyalty. To make matters worse I am notified 1 week before my original appt that it is being cancelled. I am so sick of always being courteous of another's time yet mine is considered disposable. UPDATE: in response to the reply, like many other businesses that are handling the shortage they are conducting business with all parties in mind. Example, I was contacted 2 months prior to my appointment for another Dr. and informed that due to the labor shortage I can keep my appointment and experience a longer wait time on that day or another day close to my original date but I would be seen because my health is important. The whole point of making appointments several months in advance is to avoid situations like this. My appointment was made last year not last month and to be contacted a week before to cancel is bad business.

Quality care/medicine, but good luck making it past the front desk. I'm really sad to be leaving this practice. I have been a patient here for 10 years. I have had no issues with the quality of medicine practiced by Dr. Maclean and the wonderful hygienists. My issues are with the way the front of office has been run the past year. This time last year, my appointment was cancelled via text from the office. When I called to inquire, I was told it was because the doctor would be on vacation that week. No big deal. It's a pandemic. He's a busy guy. He's earned it. I was told I wouldn't need to reschedule because I'm on a short list and would be called first for any cancellations. I was more than ok with that. However, it took almost 5 MONTHS of me calling sporadically to finally get an appointment. Each time I was told I didn't need to make an appointment because I was on the cancel call list. It took me insisting on just making an appointment. I was scheduled. I let it go. Tough times. I get it. Today I go in for my 8am routine cleaning and I'm informed my appointment has been CANCELLED due to a family emergency. The office manager insisted I had been called multiple times with multiple voicemails. A LIE. I had one missed call from them yesterday and zero voicemails. I even received a confirmation text at 7pm last night confirming my appointment! Why didn't anyone try and reach out to me this morning? I made work and child care arrangements for this appointment. They offered me an appointment for mid afternoon which I could not make due to work. I told them this is unacceptable and very disrespectful of my time. I said this is it for me and I would be going to a new practice. The office manager SHRUGGED HER SHOULDERS did one of these and said they would send my records wherever needed.

I honestly want to say a very big thank you to Dr. Ionna and staff present on the day I visited. It was a memorable experience. Just in a second my excruciating pain left me.. He was more focused on my health and not the money. Special thanks to my husband who went all out to make sure it was Dr Inno that took care of me...I am very grateful and I promise to recommend when needed. You all are very hardworking. Keep it up...Health truly is wealth!

Great experience on my first visit! Office personnel are friendly and helpful at the office and over the phone. My Hygienist, Connie, was wonderful in every way. She had her work cut out for her and she did a fantastic job of getting the X-rays and my teeth cleaned. She was professional yet encouraging. Dr. MacLean is kind, considerate and thorough; an excellent replacement for the five star dentist I had to leave when we moved.

I love this office! I have gone here since I was a kid aside from a year that I had a different insurance and had to go somewhere else. I ended up changing insurance specifically so I could return to this office. I don't live as close as I used to but it's worth the drive to me. Now my husband and kids go here too and I feel confident in trusting them with my family's oral health! The staff is great, the office is always clean and I highly recommend giving them a try :)
