Your first visit to our office is designed to get you better acquainted with all we offer as well as introduce you to our caring staff. On your first visit, we will review your medical and dental histories and evaluate your oral health. We will take digital x-rays of your teeth and explain to you whether or not you will require any dental treatment.

Found this office because my teeth broke and I needed emergency work. I have never been more pleased with a dentist office. Even though he was not able to do my root canal which he found a day to quickly get me into his office for the evaluation. He then recommended me to another dentist that was able to do procedure and someone from the office even called the other dentist to make sure i was seen as soon as possible. Since then Both my husband and I have switched our dentist and we have not been more pleased. You are more than just a number at this office and if he does not feel he can help you he will always recommend another professional

I had a great experience here! Angela did my x-rays and dental cleaning and did a fantastic job! The office is very clean, professional, and welcoming. Dr. Tucker is absolutely wonderful and I will definitely be returning!

Dr. Tucker did a good job in fixing a broken crown but his office is not available.. no one answers phone, voicemail is full, appointment cancelled.. my guess is he's ready to retire.. Best to find another dentist..

Have had alot of bad experiences with dentists in the past. This was the first time I can remember when a doctor seemed concerned about my comfort which definitely was relaxing. Also this place is way better than our last dentist with my children

My family has been seeing Dr Tucker as our dentist for 30 plus years. We are very pleased with his dental expertise and his team . The work He did on my teeth just recently is great. Thank you Dr Tucker and your staff!

I had my first visit at Dr. Tucker's office in December 2020. I recieved a bill in the mail a month later, This practice will bill your insurance for things you did not have done and bill for the same service multiple times using different billing codes. I attempted call many times and the phone goes unanswered. If you are able to finally get to talk to someone, I hope you don't speak with Anthony. I have spoken to Anthony three times regarding this billing issue and have been met with attitude from the very beginning of the phone call. I was yelled at for wanting to understand what I was being billed for and was told Dr. Tucker himself would be calling me the very next day, a call I did not get still 5 months later. I really enjoyed the dental hygienist and I was impressed by the COVID precautions they have taken. Despite these few positive things I will not be returning to this practice because of the horrible customer service I recieved.

I'm not one for writing a bad review but here it goes. My first visit I went in and all he did was criticize my teeth and told me to come back for a cleaning. Came back a week later and the "Dental Hygienist" poke my gums so hard that they started to bleed and didnt actually do any cleaning at all. Then she rushed me out of there and told me "You have to get out of here now! I have other patients to take care of! We will continue to clean in April". MIND YOU THIS WAS IN NOVEMBER 2018 and wanted me to come back in April 2019, and I had a broken tooth that needed to be fixed. Anyway I found a better dental practice that took me in right away and had zero problems.

Love Dr. Tucker and his clinical staff! However, the new faces of the front end staff need to pull it together. Last I was there I didn't get asked if I had new insurance, which I did. The individual who was checking me out wanted to charge an older balance with the present visit of which my FSA card would not cover because it is illegal to pay for previous services rendered outside of an FSA's eligibility period. I had explained this and the changes in my insurance only to get a call later that same day telling me how my new insurance wouldn't pay for a previous year's DOS. I politely explained that I didn't want my new insurance billed I was simply inquiring about the details of a previous bill. The individual was rude when I corrected her, and then hung up on me. The previous staff before these new front end faces were a lot more professional, polite, and knew the job. I am not so confident in the new front end staffers.
