Dr was Very professional and staff was curious. Only turn off was that after my surgery, I was told to take ibuprofen and was not given any over the counter pain meds. Very painful experience.

Terrific doctor and friendly staff. First time after an extraction he didn't want to do the implant....my bone wouldn't have supported it and it would have failed. Really appreciate the honest opinion, and that Dr Smail did what was in my best interest. Second extraction, an emergency during Covid and prior to my mastectomy, was booked and completed quickly. Very kind doc to a wimpy dental patient. Very grateful for his care!

Don't! Started out with a full upper denture. Four implants installed in the roof of my mouth that could not support teeth, two of the four implants had to be removed and $20,000 later back to the full upper denture. Year+ with various issues and overall they could care less. Got your $ and goodbye!

This dentist is absolutely amazing I went to him for a wisdom tooth extraction and was having extensive anxiety not only was he understanding his staff was as well. He also knew how to treat me as a patient he was such an incredible dentist I'm working on a painting for him. I was so scared that something was going to go wrong that I had called my family and literally said goodbye to everyone I was so scared. I wasn't sure what anesthesia did to the body. He only gave me enough to relax me and he used novocain that helped me not feel any of the work done and I was in and out within 20 minutes. Made it out wonderfully and he'll be adding a painting to his collection he's absolutely incredible I would recommend him as a dentist as well as an oral surgeon however we unfortunately can only have him as an oral surgeon he is the king when it comes to his work, he's in the right field. I'm grateful I was blessed with such an incredible oral surgeon

Highly recommend Dr. Smail and his assistants. They are all so very professional and nonjudgmental. I was given the best care during my surgery and healing process. He is excellent at what he does and I thank him for that as well as the great care his staff gave me.

Not Robert, his wife. I have a dentist phobia that goes way beyond anxiety. Dr. Smail was absolutely wonderful. I have been seeing the same dentist most of my adult life and he is good. Dr. Smail is wonderful. The process was PAINLESS and I have never had a procedure having to do with my mouth that was not agonizing before now. Also, he knows what he is doing and he does it well. I am a nurse so I can distinguish bed-side manner from expertise. Dr. Smail has both. I was impressed.

Overall great experience here. I needed all four wisdom teeth removed, three of which were bony impacted. I also needed a small cyst removed from one of my sockets. My insurance isn't the best and I still paid less than $1,000 out of pocket for the full surgery, including local, nitrous, and IV sedation; I'd say this is fair pricing. Friendly staff during both the pre-op and what I remember of the actual surgery day.

The word of advise. The office takes all money upfront. They are supposed to submit a claim to insurance company to have you reimbursed. If you want to get your money, you need to be on top of that because office does extremely poor job in submitting claims and never follows up on submitted claims. If Insurance company needs additional info, don't expect office to provide it. You need to force them to do that.
