Dr. Doug and his staff were absolutely amazing!! My 4 year old had some cavities filled and we had two separate appointments scheduled to have them filled so it wouldn't be overwhelming for her. We went to the first appointment and he was able to do them all in one visit and my 4 year old was giggling the whole time! Hands down best pediatric dentist ever!

To be fair I should have gotten a second opinion and maybe gone to someone else when I had an uneasy feeling. I took my son here in 2021, it took a while to get him in because everywhere was booked out because of the pandemic (which is understandable). That being said, my little boy hadn't been seen for a year and half. When Dr.Doug got done examining him, he was really rude and told me it was my fault my son had so many cavities. I shouldn't have gone back after that, but I was 8 months pregnant and since my son had cavities I needed it taken care of ASAP before my c-section. I didn't want to make my son wait even longer. His office was difficult to work with and they made me call my insurance to get codes of how to bill them. My insurance wouldn't give me this information (because this is something the office should do) and ended up calling his office. After all of that my son got the work done and Dr.Doug was more pleasant the day of procedure. It took his office over a year to bill me because they kept going back and forth with my insurance. Now a year later they billed me and my little boy has to have a molar pulled because the filling that was done was done too deep and killed the tooth. I'm way disappointed and wouldn't recommend anyone going here. I tried to call today to talk to Dr.Doug about it, but there office didn't answer.

Dr Doug is the best!! The staff is so kind and patient. Dr Doug is so reassuring to my three boys and always takes his time to gently explain what he is doing. Some of my boys have anxiety and he is so kind, calm, and patient with them. I also love that they have private rooms so my kids don't feel nervous around lots of other people.

Dr Doug is the best!! The staff is so kind and patient. Dr Doug is so reassuring to my three boys and always takes his time to gently explain what he is doing. Some of my boys have anxiety and he is so kind, calm, and patient with them. I also love that they have private rooms so my kids don't feel nervous around lots of other people.

We have tried nearly all the other pediatric offices in town, Dr. Doug is definitley the best! I especially appreciate that the rooms are private (It is so awkard at other offices for the children to be in that vulnerable position, right next to other kids while having to ask personal questions with multiple families in the room.) Going to Dr. Doug's is a relief, the kids enjoy it, the staff is always friendly. Dr. Doug is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. The office is centrally located, just east of Cache Valley Mall. The interior is unique and designed for kids to enjoy and relax. Check out the gigantic sun fan in the waiting room, it's such a neat feature. We've had cleanings that went great, they recommended foam fluoride which is so nice. They check your insurance first and give you an estimate, which should be standard practice everywhere. We've had procedures that went without a hitch, no problems or complaints. Dr. Doug and his assistants are incredibly patient, kind, and upbeat. We even had to come in for an emergency visit once, they worked us right in without a problem. You won't regret choosing Dr. Doug to take care of your children's dental needs.

Dr. Doug is absolutely fantastic with all of our kids. The waiting room has all kinds of great activities and the staff will even come out to do fun activities while we wait. Dr. Doug knows his stuff and he and his staff do everything they can to make our visits and pleasant as possible. Highly recommended!

Dr. Doug is a fun, kind, and patient dentist. He is awesome with kids and answers all of my questions. We have gone for cleanings as well as more intense procedures, like removing an absessed tooth or drilling cavities. He has such a calm demeanor, that my daughter is never scared to go. She was actually EXCITED to have a cavity drilled. His staff is awesome and incredibly helpful. They play with the kids in the fun and colorful waiting room. Dr. Doug's Pediatric Dentristy is the best!

My 3 youngest children are excited to go to the dentist and that says something. I wish I knew about Dr. Doug a few years ago for my 3 older children.

This is the best pediatric dentist in the valley. I've been to some others, but Dr Doug's is by far the best. He really takes the time to make the kids feel calm and happy. He makes sure the parents know what's going on and don't feel rushed. The office is very nice and fun for kids. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

Dr. Doug is an amazing Dentist. My daughter needed a few procedures, and he managed to do everything without causing her any pain at all. She actually thinks that the numbing gel is all they did to numb her mouth. He also takes the time to explain everything to you in great detail. There is no question that his number one priority is the child's dental health and comfort. He does not compromise when it comes to best practices. Their prices are reasonable as well. I strongly recommend Dr. Doug.
