Be aware of bait and switch with Dr. Donian Shen's office when receiving treatment estimate. There are lots of hidden cost: when you ask for 'total implant cost', they did not include office visit, CT scan, sedation, consultation, etc which can add up to an extra $3000-4000 cost. Four months into 'implant treatment, this becomes devastating for my low income mother who had to make a choice between not paying for rent or giving up treatment midway. The front desk was rude and unapologetic, this practice should not be encouraged. Stay away from this office unless you want to become broke.
