Dr. Don Thompson received his D.M.D. degree in 1989 and completed his Periodontics Residency in 1991 at The University of Alabama School of Dentistry at Birmingham. Dr. Thompson has been in practice over 27 years and is an active member of the ADA, The American Academy of Periodontics, The Alabama Dental Association, and The Birmingham District Dental Society.
Sonya Bates B.S., RDH, graduated from The University of Alabama at Birmingham with a Bachelors Degree in Dental Hygiene in 1991. Sonya is an active member of the Alabama Dental Hygiene Association and has been a hygienist with Dr. Thompson for 27 years.
