Best dentist around! All of his staff are kind and care about the kids. They do their best to keep the kids calm and happy. They make sure the parents know everything that is going on. We have had a dental emergency twice with our daughter and they were able to get her in there and taken care of quickly.

Dr Norby is a PHENOMENAL dentist however, the Office Manager/Billing Manager or whatever she is, on the other hand is a piece of work. Both of my children have always went to the dentist at the same time. They have the same insurance. They are trying to charge me for my sons cleaning from over a year ago saying I didn't provide insurance info. My children have the same insurance and they got my daughters right but didn't enter my sons into their system. They sent me one bill and I called, got a voicemail and no return call. Went today, my son has a cavity and needs a filling but they won't allow me to schedule his filling appt without me paying a bill or making a payment towards a bill that I am NOT responsible for. Why would I provide one child's insurance and not the others on the same visit? That just wouldn't happen and makes no sense. Therefore, we will not be seeing Dr Norby again, which is sad bc he is a great dentist. Also, they refused to let me talk to Dr Norby, who owns the practice. That girl, who handled insurance and all, needs to own up to her mistake and get off her power trip!

Dr norby and his staff are wonderful! Before I brought my kids to a place in Gadsden Alabama. The staff there was nowhere near as nice and helpful as the staff at children in teen dental. When you get to children and teen dental they are more than willing to help you and work with you. Dr norby loves his patients like he would his own children! This office makes me feel comfortable asking questions and voice and concerns, they will hear you out and let you know what your options are. Never have had a bad experience in the years I've brought my kids. Changing pediatric dentists was the best decision I could have made!

my sister recently came here and was screamed and yelled out in the lobby by dr bennet because her 6 year old is scared of the dentist office. My sister was embarrassed and visibly upset and received no type of apology!!. My niece is scared of dentist and has been for a long time. Me and others recommended dr norby for my sister and it breaks my heart to know this is what they did to her!! Dr Bennet does not care about children and DOES NOT work well with them. If you go to this office I would request for dr norby and not her!!

Dr. Norby and his staff are fantastic. I could write a lot on how his waiting room was clean, staff was very welcoming. With this COVID 19 stuff going on everyone's in masks, thinking of the patients and made sure we went back on time. My grand son's teeth were cleaned in no time. Dr. Norby was all smiles and educational. Thank you to him and his staff for the excellent care.

My children LOVE Dr. Norby and his staff. They are the most amazingly caring people we have ever met. The kids are never scared to go. My son (7) is more conscious of the care he gives his teeth now because he wants to make Dr.Norby proud. I will never take my children anywhere else. You wont find a more professional, loving office.

Everyone is nice, they make sure you're in and out quickly but they don't push you out. If you have questions they get answered. We are glad we made the switch last year to Dr. Norby and we won't be going anywhere else!
