Dr. Bland received his B.A. from Wake Forest University and his D.D.S. degree from UNC at Chapel Hill. He is an experienced alumnus of the LVI institute for cosmetic dentistry - the world's premier dental post-graduate teaching facility for Advanced Dentistry. He has studied with the world's leaders in both cosmetic, sedation and implant dentistry. He has cared for many national celebrities and movie stars. In fact, other dentists in need of cosmetic treatment travel to Wilmington specifically for Dr. Bland's care and expertise! Dr. Bland is a lecturer, teacher, mentor and recognized force in dentistry today!

Best Dental experience I have had in a while. Review coming from someone who hates going to the dentist because of anxiety issues - and waited years to go after a bad experience in the past... I have to say I'm glad I finally went. From the consultation, to scheduled no wait appointment, everything was easy. I chose the sedation method, and it was worth it. Had a long procedure with 3 different teeth worked on at one time. Very thorough with services, took the time to explain everything and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Bland and Assistants were knowledgeable, friendly and patient. The work I had done was great - no pain, and my teeth look & feel good. Will be going back in the future for more work.

Had a very long procedure today because I hadnt been to the dentist in a few years (I hate the dentist). I never spent much time waiting, staff was very prompt. I specifically have very bad dental anxiety and the staff here has been the most capable I've ever seen of making me feel comfortable during a procedure. If you're looking for a place that handles anxious patients this is your place. Entire staff is 10/10 friendly.

The staff here was very pleasant and receptive. My dental hygienist was extremely polite. Doctor Bland was very personable, polite and very informative of my dental needs. I highly recommend this dental office.

My first visit with Dr. Bland and his staff was excellent. Starting with a new dental office could have been anxiety-provoking, but not here. The office is pleasant and the staff is welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Bland is easy to talk to and exudes a calming demeanor. Going to the dentist will never be my first choice for how to spend an afternoon. However, Dr. Bland and his staff shatter all preconceived, negative notions regarding "A Visit to the Dentist!"

I have ever been more pleased, I had quit smiling, I was in tears (happy) when I saw them. I call it my movie star smile. I have such a fear of the injections, smells, sounds, etc. and they made more than sure I was comfortable. I will post a pic when my swelling has gone down from the numbing. Lol.

Went in to have 2 implants a crown and a filling along with some other work. I admit I was a bit nervous at first especially about being sedated. Once the procedure started it was seamless and now which is the day after its like nothing ever happened. Absolutely nothing even remotely sore or painful at all. Dr. Bland in my opinion is truly the GOAT.

Dr Bland is a fine, well-qualified dentist. The chairside staff are charming. Just hang on to your purse strings because they've moved to high tech premises and I'm not going back to pay for them. Just make sure to get a satisfaction guarantee.

Dr. Bland and his staff are consistently wonderful. Even during timrs of COVID, I find their care extremely cautious and careful. Their new office is spacious and upscale. I have been going to this group for many years and would not consider changing. They are always caring, efficient and always up to date on the latest methods.
