GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! They will tell you your consult is free then charge you $60. Then they'll charge you more money to get an x-ray. Then the doc will crack your tooth, causing you to need a crown($1250) and then to "mend" the situation, offer to extract the damaged tooth for free....like anyone would want to lose another tooth! Not to mention the reception staff are sassy and not pleasant to speak with ever.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Yezerski. His staff is compassionate and professional. His office is clean, comfortable and welcoming. The doctor explained all my options and skillfully removed a problematic wisdom tooth. I would not hesitate to return to him for more work or recommend friends and family.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Yezerski and his staff to anyone. He and his staff were really kind and professional. I needed 3 teeth extracted and I was at risk for general anesthesia. I was leery of oral anesthesia from a previous unpleasant experience with another dentist. He assured me that as an oral surgeon, he would be sure it was painless. He kept to his word and all went well. Thank you Dr. Yezerski and staff.

Had a molar extracted. I was very scared of getting it done but Dr Yezerski got it out with just local anesthesia. He's very informative about the procedure and understanding. And the staff was equally supportive and understanding.

Did good work but when u have an appointment for a couple months and you have to wait 2 to 3 hours is unacceptable. He doesn't refuse anyone and that's ok but they should be the ones waiting

I went to Dr. Yezerski , and was in very bad pain. I had 3 teeth that were infected and 2 were broken from the cholesterol drugs I was talking. I have a big problem my body is not affected buy any pain medication there is. To say the least I was hiring and a little afraid of all the pain I thought was going to happen. He just said I will take care of it don't worry. He gave me several shots of pain killer what ever it was and told me just let it work and I will be back. He returned and removed all three and also I heard one brake as he was talking one out. Nothing was said he just kept working. I DIDN'T FEEL A THING DURING THE WHOLE PROSEGER. HE had to put in several stitches because of the problems he had with the one tooth. I would recommend him and his staff. He was also great after the follow up visit , explaining implants.

Having an extraction is a very emotional experience. The entire team, especially the Dr. made my experience very positive. The Dr. keeps the tone very light and simple while educating about the process from start to finish. The clinical team is supportive, knowledgeable and very friendly. Thank you!

Had a wonderful experience with Dr. Yezerski, he took time to explain details thoroughly about a procedure I was to have done. He gave me options and helped decide which long term plan was best for me and my mouth! Would highly recommend.

Find another surgeon. Don't let this happen to you. Especially to a child. The receptionist was incredibly rude and extremely unwelcoming. She is the face of their officrle. The first impression a patoent has. I should have turned around and left based solely on her. She did not acknowledge me until I said hello. Was busy chit chatting with another staff member. Even then she did not bother to look up from the computer and make eye contact or welcome me. She asked for information that had already been provided and it wasn't until I said they already had it did she bother to look in the file. Additionally, she was also rude when I asked if this is where I checked out. Said "where else would it be". Not that any staff member gave us a tour or directed us to the checkout area when the appointment was finished. I was not provided with pre appointment instructions. Did not receive any advanced paperwork or phone call. I did ask upon arriving if our appointment was today because I did mot receive a call in advance or any instructions. The response was "We do not call out. It is your responsibility to know when your appointment is". The Doctor was upset that steps had not been followed prior to appointment. As a result not all pain options were an option. Post appointment and after speaking with several other medical professionals as well as another oral surgeons office, it quickly became apparent that I was lied to. My son was put through unnecessary pain and trama as a result. All options should have been made available. My child begged me not to take him back. Cried because I did not stand up for him when he said he was in pain. Looking back I should have advocated for him. I didn't realize that he actually was in pain. I thought he was just scared. First oral surgery and being a child, or any age for that matter, I trusted the Doctor to do what was in my child's best interest and to reassure me that he was okay and not in pain. Do your research. Don't take a referral from another Doctor at face value. Ask questions. Find out if they have personally used them. If they would take their family to them. My referral came from an office who did not know them. Their staff was applaud at the way we were treated and apologized profusely. Please don't let this happen to you or anyone you love.

Last June I had my lower teeth removed all of them. He was excellent leading up to the surgery, explaining everything from the IV medication to the removal of my stitches. I did not have any swelling, and very little blood loss considering the type of surgery I had. He is the best dentist/oral surgeon that I ever had. I have referred him to my friends, including family they have had work done and agree with me. That he is the best at what he does, a true professional in every sense of the word.

He's amazing! Kind and caring. Explains things thoroughly and offers options if there are any in your situation. Quick and painless extraction of 2 teeth. One of the best!

I had a really bad toothache and was referred to an oral surgeon to have a tooth extracted. Apparently I had an infection in one of my molars that led to an abscessed tooth. My dentist was a little nervous about doing the procedure because it was right next to an impacted wisdom tooth. So he referred me to Dr Yezerski... The last time I had a tooth pulled, I was in the Army. And I must admit, it was the most painful experience I have ever endured. The dentist broke the tooth into many pieces, and he had to dig and dig to get all of it removed. The procedure was so bad and so traumatic that I passed out and woke up in the Army's ER. After that experience, I was a little nervous to have another tooth pulled. And my fear was compounded when I read a review online that said that their experience was horrible. He said the doctor was "barbaric". I have to strongly disagree! Dr Yezerski, and his assistant Nancy were both FANTASTIC! First they gave me several options with regards to anesthesia. They offered the straight novocaine approach, the laughing gas approach, a combination of the two, and full IV sedation. After my last experience, I chose the combination. They were both very clear with their instructions and talked me through the entire procedure. They were very nice, courteous, and very professional too. Once the laughing gas and novocaine kicked in, they began to operate. The procedure was done in the matter of a couple minutes, and I didn't feel a thing. The only pain that I felt was the shot of novocaine on the roof of my mouth, and that was merely a pinch that lasted no more than a couple seconds at most. Once the tooth was out, he explained why I was having pain, showed me the tooth, and instructed me to go home and take some Alleve within the hour. He also prescribed some hydrocodone for the post-operative pain. I had the procedure done a couple days ago, and I must say that the whole process couldn't have gone any better. Besides the procedure being pain free, I really didn't experience any pain or discomfort afterwards either. I had no swelling, no facial bruising, no clotting issues, and the bleeding that I encountered afterwards was fairly light and insignificant. I am no longer taking the prescribed pain meds, and must say that the whole experience was AMAZING! I would definitely recommend Dr Yezerski ~ especially if you're a pain baby like me! If I ever have to have another dental procedure done, I will DEFINITELY be going back to him (and Nancy). I just hope next time I have insurance. Since I was uninsured, I had to pay out of pocket. And I believe it was about $400 bucks. While some may think that was high, I think it was well worth it considering the care, the lack of pain, and the added cost for the nitrous oxide. A great big thanks going out to Dr Yezerski and his staff. You guy rock! Thank you so much!

45 minute appointment was almost three hours because the doctor was late to work. Staff was very rude when asked how much longer. Nobody apologized. This was my second awful experience here. gave them a second chance figuring the first time was just a bad day for them but they are just over all unprofessional.

I had an infected tooth for over a week and my regular dentist put me on antibiotic and told me I need to find an oral surgeon to pull this tooth. I called This oral surgeon on his emergency number on Thanksgiving weekend and left him a message. He returned my call and told me he could get me I on Monday. My whole experience was very good. He is a kind man and explains things as he goes. Very knowledgeable. He made me feel comfortable through the ordeal. The office was clean. His staff is wonderful too! The receptionist was able to call my insurance to see how much was going to be covered ahead of time. She got me right in for the appointment Immediatly.
