Dr. Eckroat and his team are wonderful. From the moment you walk into to the waiting room, the office is inviting for children. Dr Eckroat's team does a great job of making a cleaning fun. When with Dr. Eckroat, he spends considerable time with us explaining best practices for our daughter as well as what to expect in the coming years. Our daughter looks forward to her visits with Dr. Eckroat and so do we as her parents!

We had a great experience with Dr. Eckroat! He was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. He took the time to explain things to us as parents, and to our child. I highly recommend him!

Neat looking place for kids, but my experience was not a good one. The 1st moment I saw the dentist, a nurse slapped him on the butt with her badge, this was the first red flag. It's cool to have a happy work environment but it's a pediatric dentist. He discussed the need for my child to undergo anesthesia however like most surgery procedures I can't be in the room. My immediate reaction was it wasn't going to happen & I informed him of that. The next day I called to inform the office we can proceed, since I need to get it taken care of asap, and they told me that the dentist felt uncomfortable and I'd need to find another dentist and was referred to Dental Depot smh. It's clear this dentist or his office can't handle a direct patient. Why would you refuse service because my (the parent) initial response was a no to something we've only discussed once.

What a wonderful experience we have had with Dr. Dirk! My kids both starting seeing him at very young ages and have always looked forward to every visit. My daughter had to be put under anesthesia this past year and Dr. Dirk and his staff were extremely attentive and professional, everything went great, as always!

Dr. Eckroat is a truly gifted pediatric dentist. He has an innate ability to connect with children, to calm them and make them feel comfortable and excited about going to the dentist. Dr. Eckroat and his staff work hard to create a fun environment for the kids. My kids like it there so much that they ask me every weeks if they can go back! I whole heartedly recommend Dr. Eckroat to any parent whos children are in need of dental care.

Great guy that knows how to get kids the treatment they need. Our daughter likes going to the dentist, because they make it fun and quick.
