I have known Dr. Digiannantinio for over 20 years. He is absolutely the best out there. He's the only dentist that was able to diagnose a bite issue causing a crack in my tooth at that time 20 years ago. He also works with Case Western Reserve Dental school and not only has experience but is at the forefront of newest procedures. I have occlusions due to bite and he is a pro at recognizing this. He solved my pain problem without major tooth work, that other dentists may have done a root canal instead. I have a bite issue which causes tooth wear on the molars and caused a fracture on one of them. He ground off the offset contact points to remove interference when I bite down and it was great for years. Then a piece cracked off years later, he just did an onlay fix rather than major crown or root canal. That worked for years too. Two years ago the onlay came off. I was able to save it and he cleaned it up and rebonded it. I now had some pain again recently and he removed more interference as my bite has changed again with age. I may need a root canal eventually, but he is able to minimally fix it without the major cost. He is the best you'll find for solving or diagnosing and opinion on any problems you have.

Worst dentist I have ever been to! He told me I had three cavities and then after filling two told me I needed a root canal. I got a second opinion and the dentist told me he had never seen holes drilled so large in someone's teeth and that not only did I not need a root canal but I didn't even have a cavity!!! Now, 10 years later I had to have crowns put where he destroyed both of my teeth!! I just recently talked to someone else who had a nightmare of an experience with this guy. I honestly thought he was on drugs when he was working in my mouth. It was awful! When his attorney called me for payment and I told him what happened I never heard back from him. I should have sued him!!! As I said I was a patient over 10 years ago! Your records must suck as much as your work!

I had a wonderful experience being treated by Dr Gino! He is attentive to detail and very transparent on what treatment is needed. Id give him and the staff ten stars if I could.

As a Korean patient that does not speak English well, Dr. Gino and his diverse staff were so welcoming and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire procedure. They kindly explained every step to make sure there were no surprises, and I really appreciated that! I wish I had switched to Dr. Gino sooner. If you have known him once, you will know how kind he is! Never met such a well rounded, open, and honest dentist and staff. His office has very accessible and easy parking. I had my upper front four teeth taken cared by Dr. Gino. Not only two spaces were filled, but also made my teeth brighter. I am so in love with my new smile and forever thankful to Dr. Gino!

DO NOT GO HERE. Dr. Gino is not only a con artist, but he also is a terrible dentist, and you will leave having more dental problems/concerns than any typical person should ever deal with. Dr. Gino will lie about dental procedures you "need done". He will likely walk away for minutes at a time and come back all jittery with his nose running (not speculating, but I think the ADA should drug test him). I went to Dr. Gino because he was "known" (probably by the google reviews, which are made by his family) for cosmetic dental needs. During my initial appointment, they took x-rays and he proceeded to tell me I needed two root canals, three cavities, and a filling repaired. This seemed odd to me because I have always had decent dental health. He insisted that before any cosmetic stuff was done, that we do the root canals first because they were hair-line fractured root canals that put me at "high risk"... I knew my pain tolerance was low, and I was a first-year teacher at a catholic school, so I didn't really have the financial means for all of this work. I opened a credit card to afford the ridiculous cost of the first root canal, had the procedure, and left in more pain than I have ever experienced in my life. The pain lasted an abnormally long time and I knew something was off. I reached out to Dr. Gino (via his personal cell, which he told me to text, which I found inappropriate), and he said it was normal, but that it might not have gone as planned. I was nervous as to what that meant and ended up going to a different dentist to get another opinion. The root canal failed and I had a terrible infection growing in my gums. Two years later & over $3500 I'm still having horrible issues with that tooth (pain, infection, cracked crown). I was getting my hair done recently and the hair dresser was telling me a story about how a dentist had ripped her off with a similar situation. This dentist she told me about lied about her needing a root canal (hair line fracture) and filled three cavities that turned out were not cavities. The dentist WAS DR. GINO!! I was horrified when she said his name and it instantly brought back so much frustration at how he lied to me, messed my tooth up (still messed up to date), and how unprofessional he was. Do NOT go to him. Unless you want to have a terrible dentist do procedures that you don't need

I only gave 1 star because I'm not able to leave a review without one. The one star is not even a good representation with how terrible of a dentist Dr. Gino is. He lies and is a terrible dentist. Find someone else. Anyone else would be better than Dr. Gino.

I have been a patient of Dr. D for 20 years and never had a problem with him. He has always placed his patients first and his care is state of the art. His wall is full of training certificates from not only dentistry but advanced techniques in neuromuscular work that he has done for me. I wI'll continue to put my trust in Him for my dental care. I have had other dentists go the route of setting my teeth up for failure. Dr. D. Uses methods that not only save the teeth but make them stronger so they last a life time.

Dr. D is the best dentist! He is very skilled and very personable. He has treated my family for years. The kids love him! We have always been happy with him as our dentist. I personally have needed a lot of dental work and Dr. D is gentle and has done high quality work on my teeth that has lasted for years! He also has a great team of workers in his office! I highly regard Dr. D and recommend him!

I've been a patient of Dr. Gino for the past 10 years. Always received excellent care and the staff is fantastic! The new offices are in a perfect location and parking is never an issue
