Dr. Dick Huang Dr. Dick Huanggraduated from Washington University School of Dental Medicine in 1982. Prior to studying at Dental School, he attended UC San Diego where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. In 1985, Dr. Huang opened his practice in West Sacramento, his hometown where he has been practicing for over 30 years.
