Called on a Friday evening for an emergency dental appointment. I'm 8 months pregnant and have Type 2 diabetes, very high risk for any potential infection which could cause diabetic ketoacidosis, preterm labor, and/or stillbirth. Called the emergency number and spoke with Dr. Koury directly. She said that since I haven't been in since before the pandemic, I likely am no longer considered a patient. This was assumed and not looked into further. She refused to see me and did not apologize or wish me well, let alone refer me to another provider. I was left on my own to try and find a new dentist willing to take me on as a new patient during the weekend while experiencing a dental emergency. Not a great experience for someone with dental anxiety. After a desperate search, I called an emergency number for a different dentist I've never seen in Bridgewater and got a call back immediately. He got me in the next day. He was blown away that a dentist I had previously been seeing would refuse to see me for any reason, considering my circumstances. I will not be returning to Dr. Koury again. I will be sticking with the new dentist in Bridgewater. Update: I received a call from the main office that Saturday morning. I'm not sure who called, if it was a receptionist or office manager, or the dentist. They just wanted to let me know they no longer take masshealth so they couldn't have seen me anyway. I let them know I no longer have masshealth and I confirmed with my new insurance provider that they are in my network prior to calling. I never left a message or even my name with anyone so I do believe I was contacted directly from this review. And not to apologize, but to make excuses for my poor experience. I thought this was very unprofessional.

I received excellent dental care from Dr. Diane Koury! Other family members have also had the same experience, and that is why I chose Bedford Street Dentistry. The staff is very professional and everyone is super nice. I highly recommend this office. I could not be happier!

I brought my mom to Dr. Koury to have new dentures made. I was nervous because she has Alzheimer's, so was concerned that the visits would be a big stress. However, I am able to say we experienced quite the opposite! The environment is very relaxing and all staff very pleasant and professional. I have referred neighbors and friends who have also been very happy.

Dr Koury is fantastic at TMJ and at cosmetic dentistry. I am a pianist and have frequent left shoulder pain. Dr. Koury helped me realize that jaw tension was a major cause and then helped me solve this problem!!! She also fixed an old filling in my "two front teeth", and, wow I can smile again! And all with a calm, pleasant manner. Her office is lovely as well. signed, "Shoulder Pain Gone!".

I came to this establishment to fill a cavity, and when I explained I was feeling pain during the procedure, she became angry with me and started yelling at me in the chair. She said if I wanted to get my teeth finished I could stop complaining, or I could walk out now with my tooth half open. I am disgusted by my experience here, I'm surprised she still has a license to practice.

Dr. Koury understands and explains everything and always makes sure I am comfortable before beginning work. She is very nice and up to date on everything and office is extremely clean. Her staff is very pleasant and polite. I highly recommend this office.
