Dr Romaine is a credentialed Master Dentist, in the Academy of General Dentistry and has practiced in Frostburg, Maryland since 1995. She and her staff are dedicated to providing comprehensive dental care with the most current dental technologies, combined with years of experience and attention to the concerns of our patients. Dr Romaine is committed to helping each patient achieve a life time of oral and overall health by listening, teaching and creating a workable plan to suite their needs.
Dr. Romaine is President of the Maryland State Dental Association Foundation, Past President of the Maryland State Dental Association and the Allegany-Garrett Dental Society. Locally she serves on the board of AHEC West and Western Maryland Health Systems Community Advisory Board. Dr. Romaine is committed to expanding access to dental care in Western Maryland and throughout the state. These efforts led her to establish the first ongoing, Mission of Mercy free dental clinic in Maryland in 2010 which serves the under insured and those with dental needs whom otherwise would not be able to afford care.
Dr. Romaine was recognized by her colleagues as a Fellow in the American College of Dentists and the International College of Dentists. Fellows of the College have records of leadership, excellence, and meritorious achievement in dentistry and public service. In 2013 Dr. Romaine received the Jane A. Fiscus, M.D. Community Health Leadership Award for her courage, creativity and demonstrated commitment to improve the health and well-being of the citizens of Allegany County and the surrounding area. In 2015 the Maryland Rural Health Practitioner of the Year award was presented to Dr. Romaine for her leadership, dedication to interdisciplinary education, compassion toward those in need, and her commitment to improve health throughout Western Maryland and the entire state.

A hygienist for over 16 years, Laurie graduated from Allegany College of Maryland with an associate degree in dental hygiene. She is certified to administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide sedation.
When not in the office Laurie can be founding relaxing with her family. An outdoors enthusiast, she loves camping, traveling and, hiking. She also has volunteered for several Mission of Mercy projects.

Katelyn is a 2020 graduate from the dental hygiene program at Allegany College of Maryland where she received an associate degree in applied science. Katelyn is certified to administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide sedation.
Katelyn resides in Cumberland with her husband and two daughters. She is active in her church and enjoys spending time away with her family. Her hobbies include taking walks, crafting, camping and, music.
Justice received a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University. Before settling on a career in dentistry she worked in fisheries locally and statewide. She also worked in environmental education.

Today was my initial visit after my previous dentist retired and I am impressed! Very technical x-rays, awesome technology that you can see all your teeth on the screen during the exam, and each step of the visit was explained in detail by the friendly staff!

They were very friendly and helped ease the anxiety my son was having. Iwas late for my appointment because the GPSwas wonky and they got me turned around and headed the right way. Took my son right in and managed to get everything done including his cleaning. So thankful because he was behind from Covid. Definitely recommend, wonderful friendly staff!

I had to wait 25 minutes for my appointment. Please try to keep your appointment times. You called me twice and emailed 4 times to remind me, why not remind yourselves of the time. Not happy with the LONG wait.
