Dr. Gilberto Olague graduated from U.N.A.M in 1985 and received his California Dental License in 2010. He has 35 years experience in General Dentistry. Dr. Olague is also a member of the Tri-County Dental Society, ADA and CDA. In his spare time he enjoys watching sports and playing soccer.

Overall had a terrible experience with my braces here. They didn't really leave my teeth straight, I would check out of school early for my appointments and there were a handful amount of times they wouldn't have time to check in on my and would make me come again the next day. On many occasions I would have to drive to the Moreno Valley office for the same procedures. I would definitely avoid coming here, I also would have trouble with the payments in terms of them being extremely disorganize.

I've been going to Dr Dezas office in Perris for years. Was very surprised at the negative reviews. There have been times - pre covid, when the office was crowded, but that happens in most offices that try to serve their community. No one wants to wait days for an appointment with a toothache. The office staff have always been friendly and helpful to me as well as the dentists. This has been one of the few dentists over the years, that I've been to, where I've felt no pain during the procedures. I am usually very anxious when it comes to going to the dentist, but not here.

Everybody talks bad about this place .. I called made appointment walked in 15 minutes early sign some papers they ask me some questions sat down in the waiting room 10 o'clock came they open the door said my name did what they had to do and I was in and out..everyone was nice and respectful..

Dr. Flores is an overall rude, unprofessional, mess of a dentist. He has no customer service skills and makes remarks that make people uncomfortable. He won't criticize you and it won't even let you know and personal opinions about your teeth. He's a complete smart Alec that does not and should not be working as a dentist. Every encounter that I have had with him, like my recent one, always shows that he does not care about his patients. Today, I went in for a light clean and he immediately started off by saying how old are you. Didn't say hello or anything. And as soon as he started to clean, heavy hand put way too much pressure and made it hurts and I set up and his reaction to this was, " no I'm not going to do it. Makes my job easier today. It's the end of the day and I'll get to go home sooner". Stay away from him as possible. I have made the receptionist put a warning label on my file to not schedule me with him. He is absolutely terrible.

Very rude and unprofessional service. The receptionists on two occasions were very rude to us. Before we went in we asked if can speak to the Dentist to ask questions and she said okay. On the first occasion we had an emergency visit and when we asked hows he doing the receptionist says hes fine. We asked can we speak to the Dentist and she began to yell and was rude saying what do you need to ask. We said we want to speak to the Dentist like we requested, she then says you cant speak to the Dentist. She then turns her back on us and says I cant deal with you any more. The Dentist wasnt caring or thoughtful, she comes out and brushes us off and says dont worry about it their teeth is fine. Were switiching Dentist ASAP. Dont come to this Dentist, there are many good Dentists that you can go to.

Everyone is very rude especially the Actual dentist who clean your teeth not just the ladies in the front desk. Their opinions about your teeth are not appropriate at all. If you have a cavity filled in they charge your insurance for a different more expensive procedure which is not ok. This has been done to my children three times now. I have tried year after year to see if the behavior would change and it does not.

Very disappointed in my first visit. The dentist was very rude and negative. I am already an anxious person and he made me feel more uncomfortable than what I was feeling. He basically told me he doesn't deal with Anxious people and I need to find somewhere else to go and no matter what medication I use I will be able to feel everything. He was very jerky in the way he spoke to me. They do not care about the well being of the patient all they care about is getting as many med-i-cal patients in as possible so they can make their money. On top of that I asked if they could email me the x rays and they told me yes twice but never followed through.

And I will be taking myself and my family elsewhere. This isn't the only dental office in the area. PEACE I give this business ZERO stars!
