When our family opened its first dental practice in 2004, our vision was simple: to provide quality dental care and great service so that patients would want to come back time and again. Soon our small neighborhood dental office with its 3 employees had over 1,000 patients, just in its first year. Patients would constantly thank us for a great experience, comment on the convenient hours and tell us how much they appreciated having a neighborhood dentist they could trust.
At our first Christmas gathering, we laughed over turkey and wine about how great it would be to provide this quality care and great service to other families all over Massachusetts. With that simple idea in mind, we began opening trusted neighborhood family dental offices throughout Massachusetts. Each office location was carefully chosen to provide the most convenience for our customers. It was important to our family, and our mission, to make it as easy as possible for any patient to get the care that they needed in a comfortable and friendly environment.
Today, Dr. Dental has offices throughout Massachusetts and Connecticut as well as in New Hampshire, and New Jersey. And our family continues to provide affordable, quality dental care with great service to all our patients.
Both of my daughters are patients in your office and we are all very pleased with our treatment. The staff are very kind and welcoming. We look forward to coming back. Thank you for accepting us as patients of Dr. Dental.

Everytime I come here and bring my children, the staff is nothing but truly amazing. The doctors are genuine, kind, and patient with our boys and that's hard to find most days. Love coming here and interacting with the staff, all around a great team of people

I don't know how this place is always booked because the communication is non existent and you can never get a hold of anyone here on the phone and no option to leave a voicemail. Secondly, I scheduled an appointment here over 8 months ago to get a routine cleaning, and when I showed up I was told I had no appointment although I received a confirmation email with my appointment listed. I will never return here for another appointment what a giant waste of my time. I even tried to call ahead to confirm my appt and of course I couldn't get anyone on the phone. This whole situation could have been avoided.

I'm not sure who's dropping the ball in the office. My first visit went great the male assistant is very professional & the Dr. Was also great & attentive. 2nd visit was a longer wait time & the appt was rushed. The Dr. Apologize for running late & running behind schedule. I understood. At that visit I wanted to discuss the options for a tooth that was in need of a Root Canal. The Dr. Said "I will call you next week to discuss that" that call never happen. I've call the office all Friday, Saturday (says their open Saturdays) Monday morning no answer VM is full. Decide to walk in the office Monday afternoon. Told the front I've been calling & that I need to talk to the Dr. I'm traveling & don't want to fly w a broken tooth. The guy working front desk, Took a msg & said the Dr. Would call me before the end of the day. It's Wednesday & I haven't received a call. Unfortunately I had to go to Uconn Dental ER & get the tooth extracted today. It's ashamed it's so hard to find a good dental office that accepts medicaid.

Worst place ever been trying to get my teeth fixed for months they keep re-scheduling my appointment but yet hit my insurance hmm maybe fraud never go here waste of your time only time they pick up the phone is if your a new person to scam

I've been to this office twice now, and both experiences were excellent. Dr. C is great and when he does your fillings, he takes great care to make sure that there is minimal discomfort. He doesn't rush and listens carefully to what you tell him. Marielys was also very kind and welcoming, and paid very close attention to what I told her about my situation before Dr. C came in. She also made the x-ray process super easy and quick. You might run into some interesting folks in the waiting room, but that's what you sign up for when you have Husky-D. What matters is that the staff and service here are A+. EDIT: A few months on and my filling has broken again. I've been calling every day for a week and no one has answered the phone or returned my voicemails. I just keep getting an answering machine for "Jennifer". Welp, I guess it's time to find a new dentist. Removing a star I guess? What a shame.

Dr. Forum is super friendly and accommodating and extremely professional. and on time. She makes sure I have enough painkiller during the drilling process!! I like how she educates the patient and shares knowledge of whats' going on.The staff is also great and friendly.

Mann ! This is going to be long . But trust me it's worth it . My teeth & I have had a bad relationship, after my braces coming off, proper care was very hard after the fact & Covid going on dental places shutting down causing me to have almost nearly my whole front of adult teeth to be completely decayed with cavities and BOYYYY WAS IT GOING TO BE $$$ fixing . The doctors/nurses here listening to my concerns regarding not wanting to smile because of the cavity's in such noticeable places(legit in every tooth) . My fear of needles & a baby on the way . The doctor has LEGIT FIXED MY WHOLE ENTIRE SMILE . I can LITERALLY SMILE AGAIN AND FEEL CONFIDENT I LEGIT CRIED WHEN I GOT HOME BECAUSE NO OTHER DOCTOR/TEAM HAS GIVEN ME THE CARE HE HAS GAVEN TO ME . I advice everyone, to set up a appointment here, it's clean . They make you comfortable . & they ALLOW you to be in control the whole way with preferences of which teeth you would like to be done first . Check on you while in the process etc . P.s bring a jacket it gets cold here (don't be a Karen and complain about their temperature it's Covid out there keeps the germs away) Also, please be patient with them reguarding the phone answering machine . It does it get busy but trust me going in person is way better then trying to call over the phone . PLEASE DONT EVER STOP BEING GREAT ! & AGAIN THANK YOU DOC

The doctor wore gloves and touched the mouse for the computer. He said wait 1 second and left with the gloves and came back with it continuing whatever he was doing. He did this about 2 times then continued to clean my mouth. Bottom half of my face was wet from water. When he was cleaning he barely touched my teeth. Also, he asked me if my dentist before said anything about my cavity from last year and when i said it doesnt hurt he just left it at that and didnt look if it got worse or not even though they took an xray. Terrible experience.

The wait to be seen is rediculousely long past the appointment time. They are either overbooking, under staffed, or both. Their only saving grave is once you finally see the Dr. the care is top notch.
