When our family opened its first dental practice in 2004, our vision was simple: to provide quality dental care and great service so that patients would want to come back time and again. Soon our small neighborhood dental office with its 3 employees had over 1,000 patients, just in its first year. Patients would constantly thank us for a great experience, comment on the convenient hours and tell us how much they appreciated having a neighborhood dentist they could trust.
At our first Christmas gathering, we laughed over turkey and wine about how great it would be to provide this quality care and great service to other families all over Massachusetts. With that simple idea in mind, we began opening trusted neighborhood family dental offices throughout Massachusetts. Each office location was carefully chosen to provide the most convenience for our customers. It was important to our family, and our mission, to make it as easy as possible for any patient to get the care that they needed in a comfortable and friendly environment.
Today, Dr. Dental has offices throughout Massachusetts and Connecticut as well as in New Hampshire, and New Jersey. And our family continues to provide affordable, quality dental care with great service to all our patients.
Both of my daughters are patients in your office and we are all very pleased with our treatment. The staff are very kind and welcoming. We look forward to coming back. Thank you for accepting us as patients of Dr. Dental.

Went there for an emergency I had a cavity was causing me pain they gave me an appointment not too far had a root canal done and the dentist was very nice made me feel comfortable and took good care of me mind you I'm very anxious person but he made sure I was good and I didn't feel no pain at all even when I got out my family was very surprised that I was able to do things after having a root canal

Dr dental are the most sympathetic and caring dentists, hygienists, receptionists you will meet. I went for a deep cleaning which causes anxiety and they put you at ease. Thank you so much I will not go to any other dentist in the Waterbury area except dr dental in Waterbury

Very nice receptionist and dentists. Had a baby tooth removed. But treated very well. All in my first appointment. Even got my teeth cleaned. This place is awesome

I went in as an emergency today and was treated with nothing but kindness they got me in quick as a new patient and referred me to a surgeon. After my surgery I will be going back so they can get my mouth and teeth back to normal

If I could give zero stars, i would. This is a very unprofessional place. They schedule appointments outside of their business hours, confusing customers. My appointment was at 9, didn't get in the place until 9:10 because according to their sign and website, they don't open until 10 and no one was picking up the phone. I called 3 times and was told that if the light is on it means they are open. What I scheduled is not what they are providing for me. I scheduled a deep cleaning over the phone but was told I need x-rays when I got here in person. Why did the person scheduling my appointment not discuss this? They also require a faxe mask for safety i aasume but when a patient came in without one,it didn't matter. She's sitting in the waiting room with no face mask. Not even asked to wait outside. Extremely disappointed and I have not had any service yet! Sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes while people who showed up after me were taken. I had enough and walked out. Will be looking for a new dentist!

Just resent switch over to them from Another dentist,The one thing I love about them is they get you Wright in,Even if the doc cant get u in earlier that day he will make time for u later that day,Appointments are not months out letting your teeth rot by then "lol" Kristen and the rest of the girls are very welcoming,If my girl wants to get my daughter in, u no the place is good people,My girls the review queen "lol"

I'm very pleased with the dentist that I have met there the staff is wonderful as well everybody there is so polite and so helpful I'm really glad I was told about that about Dr dental and I'm so glad I took the advice to go in thank you to the person who recommended them but thank you to the doctor there the excuse me the dentist there and the staff as well for making me feel comfortable and making me feel relaxed while everything was being done

This place is amazing. Disregard Lisa Kilian's post. She's probably a karen. I have had a few different dentist's in my lifetime and I can honestly say this place stands out so much. From the moment I first stepped in there I was given nothing but respect and care. I would recommend this place a thousand times over. I promise as long as you're not a complete Karen, you will not regret them as your dentist.

Very comfortable as soon as I walked in the office receptionist was very polite and helpful the girl who took my x-ray was also very nice and helpful the dentist very nice also everyone made me very comfortable and at ease excellent experience would definitely recommend to anyone !!!
