When our family opened its first dental practice in 2004, our vision was simple: to provide quality dental care and great service so that patients would want to come back time and again. Soon our small neighborhood dental office with its 3 employees had over 1,000 patients, just in its first year. Patients would constantly thank us for a great experience, comment on the convenient hours and tell us how much they appreciated having a neighborhood dentist they could trust.
At our first Christmas gathering, we laughed over turkey and wine about how great it would be to provide this quality care and great service to other families all over Massachusetts. With that simple idea in mind, we began opening trusted neighborhood family dental offices throughout Massachusetts. Each office location was carefully chosen to provide the most convenience for our customers. It was important to our family, and our mission, to make it as easy as possible for any patient to get the care that they needed in a comfortable and friendly environment.
Today, Dr. Dental has offices throughout Massachusetts and Connecticut as well as in New Hampshire, and New Jersey. And our family continues to provide affordable, quality dental care with great service to all our patients.
Both of my daughters are patients in your office and we are all very pleased with our treatment. The staff are very kind and welcoming. We look forward to coming back. Thank you for accepting us as patients of Dr. Dental.

Dr Suran and his staff are amazing, Ashley and Angela I love them. The three of them are the only reason I come beside the good help they provide.

TOTAL SCAM. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I went in with extreme tooth pain and knew I would need an extraction. They forced me to do a whole head x-ray then the "doctor" said that I probably had a rare neurological disorder and tried to refer me to Yale. They just want to bill for expensive and unnecessary services. I went to a local competitor the next day. He could SEE VISUALLY that I have a cracked tooth and extracted it right away. Will be filing complaints with the ADA and CT Dept of Consumer Protection.

They are really good here! Very patient, kind, and professional. They took my son in at the last minute, and made sure they addressed everything that he needed to have done.

Worse dentist I've ever worked for the staff are rude and they are bullies manager does nothing lead da laughs at everyone and bullies them the doctor always has an attitude staff meeting are trash they don't do nothing I quit after 3 months

great place ,nice receptionist great dentist and service was awsome in and out today 3-1-2022 hope it will be like this all the time AND THE DOCTOR OH MY GOD HE HAS WONDERFUL HANDS ONLY FELT A PINCH AND THATS IT WHEN HE PUT THE ANESTHESIA I WENT TODAY MAY 6 2022 FOR AN APOINTMENT A FOLLOW UP WOW THEY ARE THE BEST GREAT RECEPTIONIST AWSOME STAFF GREAT DOCTOR WOULDN'T CHANGE HIM FOR NOTHING AND ANGIE SHE IS SO BEAUTIFUL AND SWEET LOVE LOVE ALL YOU GUYS AT DR DENTAL CHURCH STREET NEW HAVEN

So disappointed. Staff was fantastic. Great customer service. I went to get my front tooth filled with the clay thing they use that hardens with a blue light. I have never been refused the filling. He just didn't want to do it. He gave me a lame untrue excuse, that without a deep cleaning (extra money) the fill would fall off. Not true. Just give me what I want as a customer. Just fill the tooth. If it falls out that's my problem. He could have done it easily in about 15minutes. I have had this done at the same place by the previous Dentist and they did it. I have never ever been refused. This guy wasted my time and his own. He got the money for the x-rays. He was not even understanding. I will Never go back again. Again great staff. In my experience, I was highly disappointed.

Dr. Dental on Church Street happened to be one of the last dentist that I went to because I try so many others and I was not happy with their performance and with some of them I went through diaper pains but today I had a tooth extracted and I can say that I was totally happy what's the treatment and with the courtesy that the staff gave me and preparing me for distraction actually there was no pain at all they were very gentle and kind and I'm greatly appreciative but their services and put them allow me to use them as my dentist thank you try them they're good.
