When our family opened its first dental practice in 2004, our vision was simple: to provide quality dental care and great service so that patients would want to come back time and again. Soon our small neighborhood dental office with its 3 employees had over 1,000 patients, just in its first year. Patients would constantly thank us for a great experience, comment on the convenient hours and tell us how much they appreciated having a neighborhood dentist they could trust.
At our first Christmas gathering, we laughed over turkey and wine about how great it would be to provide this quality care and great service to other families all over Massachusetts. With that simple idea in mind, we began opening trusted neighborhood family dental offices throughout Massachusetts. Each office location was carefully chosen to provide the most convenience for our customers. It was important to our family, and our mission, to make it as easy as possible for any patient to get the care that they needed in a comfortable and friendly environment.
Today, Dr. Dental has offices throughout Massachusetts and Connecticut as well as in New Hampshire, and New Jersey. And our family continues to provide affordable, quality dental care with great service to all our patients.
Both of my daughters are patients in your office and we are all very pleased with our treatment. The staff are very kind and welcoming. We look forward to coming back. Thank you for accepting us as patients of Dr. Dental.

I am absolutely fuming and will never go to this dentist again. It's been almost a year and all I've had done is a single root canal, and I've been walking around with half a tooth and a face full of cavities. You have to wait MONTHS for an appointment even if your teeth are dying, and they might push your appointment back even more months, they pushed mine back and I finally had the appointment I've waited months for tomorrow, and they cancelled my appointment because I didn't answer their call before 12. SOME OF US AREN'T EVEN UP BEFORE 12. Telling me they can't get another appointment in until January. By the time January hits and my tooth gets fixed, my other teeth are going to be WORSE. This dental office is criminal.

I have them as my dentist and there a very good place and very great doctors I absolutely like Dr schaft he is a awesome guy and the dental hygienist are wicked sweet too as well 5 star guaranteed from me

They closed this location for Covid and then opened back up under a new name and said I'd have to drive to Boston to get the rest of the work completed. Also they billed my insurance for a complete procedure and was left with it being nowhere near done.

From the first contact over the phone I felt relieved that they could see me the next morning after a weekend of extreme pain. When I arrived on Tuesday morning they were very nice and polite. They moved me into a room. The Dr was very attentive and listened to what brought me in. After looking in my mouth we came up with a plan. Absolutely an excellent practice.

Good dentist but they don't ever pick up the phone. Been trying to call for almost a week because I have a serious question about a procedure I had done there. No response.

I have had an amazing experience with this dentist office getting my dentures! Everyone is so amazing and friendly. Marisa was the technician who assisted all my appts and she has been so amazing! She is such a sweet person and she made me feel so comfortable with every single visit. Thank you for being so great to me I appreciate it.

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. The first time I went for a tooth extraction they did not numb me at all. Almost 7 shots later and the dentist still did not have me numb. Told me I was lying and proceeded to pull the tooth. Never in my life have I been in such pain. The experience traumatized me BUT I STILL WENT BACK ! The next time I went back I discussed having my teeth all pulled and to get dentures. My teeth were horrid. Constant abscesses, they looked awful and they felt even worse. I was in constant pain and they were making me physically ill (high white blood cell count from constant infections) The dentist said no I begged told him I WANT THEM OUT. He sent in a hygienist to talk to me because I guess he didn't know what to do. I told her the same thing. He came back in and I got up to leave and HE CORNERED ME AND SCREAMED AT ME AS IF I WAS A CHILD. I was furious. I said no I don't want them fixed I want them out. The office harassed me for days and weeks after. I even had my doctor on my side. She agreed and the office girl who called basically told me I was lying when I said my dr agreed. anyways I never reviewed because I found an amazing dentist at creative dentist group. But Dr dental texted me today and it brought it all up. My new amazing dentist originally told me he wanted to fix my teeth but when he saw how they were affecting me he changed his mind but tried to save a couple for weights for dentures and my teeth just broke as he was fixing them. He ended up pulled all my teeth AND I FELT NOTHING!!! And gave me the smile and confidence I've always dreamed of. Please please please don't go here. They are only in it for the money and if you have good insurance they will bleed it.

I used to love Dr. Dental. I liked one of the dental assistants, she was the best ever. The sweetest lady and she changed my experience with xrays, she was fast but also took the time to interact with myself and my husband, very pleasant. Good job Dr. Dental staff... Updated on 8/8/20. Good doctors and caring staff don't stay too long in this place. It took a few phone calls and receptionist leaving on hold for more than 30 minutes, finally get the appointment (it was scheduled a year ago, but oh well!), received a reminder, and showed up to my appointment only to find out that my appointment wasn't booked, just my husbands. I used to love this place, can't believe how they treat the customers now. I'm all set, Dr. Dental and I will find a new place to get my dental care.

My only complaint about this place is the scheduling. I had made an appointment and then the day of the appointment, they said they had no record of it. Then I scheduled another appointment, they called me two hours before the appointment to cancel because of an emergency, and then never called me back to reschedule. Unfortunately, I had to go somewhere else that was more reliable.

I have been going here for almost a year now. That alone says something since I absolutely hate going to the dentist. I have even got my husband going here. And he too isn't a fan of the dentist. But we are both keeping our appointments and getting the care we need. They are kind, gentle, and very understanding of my fears and concerns. I was referred here from a friend also, and they told m| basically the same things that I'm saying to you. So go there and talk with them. I'm pretty sure you will feel the same as I do.

I have been seeing Dr. Patel for a while now and absolutely appreciate his bedside manner! Dr. Patel and his assistant Sabrina were awesome! Dr. Patel always makes me feel comfortable and makes the process as pain free as possible! I would absolutely recommend Dr. Patel for patients of all ages.

I called my provider they said that Dr Dental takes my insurance. I called DR. Dental to confirm and they said yes and scheduled me for the next day. When I arrived they told me that the doctor that takes my specific insurance is not in but will be in tomorrow so they rescheduled me for the following day. I arrived the next day just to find out that they do not take my insurance all together. Now I am still in pain with 3 days wasted for no good reason. Thanks Dr. Dental for not knowing how to check insurance.

I called to book an appointment as a new patient and spoke to an extremely rude and unprofessional receptionist called Derek. He got my information and put me on hold for 10minutes after which the line got disconnected. I called back and he had the most ridiculous attitude and didn't even apologize for leaving me on hold for that long. I will definitely not be coming to Dr Dental if this is the behavior of your staff. Thanks Derek, for losing a customer for Dr Dental.
