When our family opened its first dental practice in 2004, our vision was simple: to provide quality dental care and great service so that patients would want to come back time and again. Soon our small neighborhood dental office with its 3 employees had over 1,000 patients, just in its first year. Patients would constantly thank us for a great experience, comment on the convenient hours and tell us how much they appreciated having a neighborhood dentist they could trust.
At our first Christmas gathering, we laughed over turkey and wine about how great it would be to provide this quality care and great service to other families all over Massachusetts. With that simple idea in mind, we began opening trusted neighborhood family dental offices throughout Massachusetts. Each office location was carefully chosen to provide the most convenience for our customers. It was important to our family, and our mission, to make it as easy as possible for any patient to get the care that they needed in a comfortable and friendly environment.
Today, Dr. Dental has offices throughout Massachusetts and Connecticut as well as in New Hampshire, and New Jersey. And our family continues to provide affordable, quality dental care with great service to all our patients.
Both of my daughters are patients in your office and we are all very pleased with our treatment. The staff are very kind and welcoming. We look forward to coming back. Thank you for accepting us as patients of Dr. Dental.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. This is the worst dental office I have ever encountered--actually, the worst place of business I have ever encountered--and that's an understatement. I've left countless voicemails here and have never received a call back. In the super rare instance that someone does answer my call, it has always been an unprofessional and unpleasant experience. I wouldn't even advise my worst enemy to seek treatment here. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs!!!

What's wrong with this office it has went down.hill I'm calling everyday to get my child an appointment and it's so hard and when I do it only they cancel it. So frustrating and my child is in a lot of pain

Have been seeing this dentist for years and always have a good experience. Dr HALA is very nice, quick, and efficient. today I went in for 4 cavities to be filled and it only took a half hour!! I was shocked at how quick and pain free the procedure was, especially having 4 done at the same time. Would definitely recommend this dentist, especially coming from a person who has dentist anxiety and hates going!

A great dentist and her assistant Erin is wonderful. I had my bottom teeth removed and she made sure I had a enough Novocaine she was gentle ,caring, and quick I highly recommend this dentist for all your needs

Initially was not happy with the long travel to this office and once I got there was a little weirded out with the Dentist office being located in a shopping plaza. Upon entering the office I found every person there was definitely about their business. It was a pleasant environment along with pleasant people working diligently together. Was very impressed the Doctor actually did the cleanings and instantly realize more quality would initially be involved in the service and I was correct. Along with the feedback on the best care for my teeth I also realize that I don't recall my tooth ever being this white. For myself this is another realization that your perception isn't always what it really is .. The best answer is the experience and I look forward to my next one with them. Thank you for the unmatched services!!

After avoiding the dentist for a few years because of bad experiences it was great to find Dr Dental. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Dentist make sure all your needs are met and questions are answered.

They have a sign saying cleaning in x-rays for 39.00 dollars they did a half xray didn't know cleaning they charged my insurance 300 dollars and plus sent me a bill saying I owe them 36.00 dollars the woman's who works the front desks are rude I sat there 15 minutes before going out back and couple people called to say they were sick and they called them a liar when they got off the phone I wouldn't put it passed them for giving people information out and the place is dirty out back

They fit me in on an emergency appointment and fix my tooth in an hour. That alone is amazing but my dentist she is incredible and caring and I appreciate all that she does.

If you are receiving service for new patient for cleaning for $57 please makesure that you know if you need deep cleaning they are not going to clean your teeth but they will charge you first and than they will provide you package for deep cleaning and will componsate your money towards it. This $57 will be only for xray and check up and will be a waste. I was not told and it was not mentioned anywhere.
