When our family opened its first dental practice in 2004, our vision was simple: to provide quality dental care and great service so that patients would want to come back time and again. Soon our small neighborhood dental office with its 3 employees had over 1,000 patients, just in its first year. Patients would constantly thank us for a great experience, comment on the convenient hours and tell us how much they appreciated having a neighborhood dentist they could trust.
At our first Christmas gathering, we laughed over turkey and wine about how great it would be to provide this quality care and great service to other families all over Massachusetts. With that simple idea in mind, we began opening trusted neighborhood family dental offices throughout Massachusetts. Each office location was carefully chosen to provide the most convenience for our customers. It was important to our family, and our mission, to make it as easy as possible for any patient to get the care that they needed in a comfortable and friendly environment.
Today, Dr. Dental has offices throughout Massachusetts and Connecticut as well as in New Hampshire, and New Jersey. And our family continues to provide affordable, quality dental care with great service to all our patients.
Both of my daughters are patients in your office and we are all very pleased with our treatment. The staff are very kind and welcoming. We look forward to coming back. Thank you for accepting us as patients of Dr. Dental.

This place never answers the phone or call you back . I have had it with this place. Wed page never updated . There hours are all over the place. please read the reviews before going here

Had two filling done it was quick and with minimal pain. Have had filling in the past and would say that I hope I don't ever need to get any more filling but that being said this was the best experience I had ever had getting filling.

An old filling fell out of my front tooth leaving me with a big gap between 2 front teeth It was very noticeable. I called them on a Tuesday they had me come in the very next day and They took care of the problem immediately . I called maybe 4 different dentists in the area I was told I would have to wait 2 weeks Or even longer Very happy with these guys ( No more gap )

2nd time dealing with Dr. Dental and once again they failed,this time they didn't send in my prescription and they knew my tooth was killing me.poor customer service,I recommend you find another dentist !

I am always happy. The front desk, assistant, and Dentist are always so nice. The Dentist does a great job doing the exam and always brings to light any issues she may find. I am set for another 6 months !

Horrible experience. They don't answer the phone or return phone calls and the dentist rushed the whole appointment. They overbook. The receptionist was only good part about the place.

Ayisha at the front desk is very helpful and kind so is the staff, dr shah was very caring about me and my medical condition, told me to get a doctors note before I can get a root canal done, come here if need any dental issue or a affordable friendly place to get your teeth done.

Yesterday was my first time at the Dentist in a while. Dr.Dental was very professional, the appointment went amazing ! Dr.Shah and employees are very kind and caring. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. They have a great new patient special. 10/10 would recommend.

This dentist was great! I loved the dental Assistant Doninque she was fantastic Today 10/20/21 I was there to take off my temporary crown and replace with the new one. Thank GOD it was a success. I was nervous getting the crown in the first place but it worked out for the best. The doctor was very professional and answered all my questions and concerns. Great bedside manners. The dental Assistant Antoinette was awesome as well I felt I was in good hands all through the process. Thank you all for the care you've given me. Signed, A very happy patient

dr. Gupta did an amazing job fixing my fillings on the front teeth, i love my smile for the first time in years, and she is not even done yet. i can not wait to come back and finish. she is hands done amazing at what she does.

Please DO NOT waste your time! You do NOT get what you paid for! For starters, they had me leave work early and texted me about my appointment and come to find out they sent multiple wrong texts and my appointment wasn't until the next day. No huge deal until the receptionist just kinda laughed it off and was like just come back tomorrow. Day of my appointment, I paid upfront (absolutely weird practice and should have been a red flag) and did not receive the services I paid for. Instead, the "dentist" just tried to reschedule me for a separate cleaning and tried to just refer me to people who will actually help me out. So there was absolutely no point in my visit. On top of it, they overcharged my card. So not only did I NOT receive the services that I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR, but I was also overcharged. This office is just kinda slapped together and is a complete joke. Save your time and money and find an actual dentists office with professionalism and actual knowledge.

Today I got my first cleaning with DR.dental and it was with Dr.Mansi and it was amazing ! I feel brand new ! My teeth are super clean and I can't wait till I get my next cleaning !
