When our family opened its first dental practice in 2004, our vision was simple: to provide quality dental care and great service so that patients would want to come back time and again. Soon our small neighborhood dental office with its 3 employees had over 1,000 patients, just in its first year. Patients would constantly thank us for a great experience, comment on the convenient hours and tell us how much they appreciated having a neighborhood dentist they could trust.

At our first Christmas gathering, we laughed over turkey and wine about how great it would be to provide this quality care and great service to other families all over Massachusetts. With that simple idea in mind, we began opening trusted neighborhood family dental offices throughout Massachusetts. Each office location was carefully chosen to provide the most convenience for our customers. It was important to our family, and our mission, to make it as easy as possible for any patient to get the care that they needed in a comfortable and friendly environment.

Today, Dr. Dental has offices throughout Massachusetts and Connecticut as well as in New Hampshire, and New Jersey. And our family continues to provide affordable, quality dental care with great service to all our patients.

Both of my daughters are patients in your office and we are all very pleased with our treatment. The staff are very kind and welcoming. We look forward to coming back. Thank you for accepting us as patients of Dr. Dental.

I have been at Dr.Dental for over 20 years.I have all my children being seen there,never a long wait.I love how they keep the children engaged.Just great overall experience, Awesome.

If I could leave a review without stars I would. This dentist office is the worst I have ever been to. They are never opened they take weeks to return phone calls and their customer service is horrible. I will be transferring to another dentist office asap.

Everything seems rushed here. Kim is very disrespectful, good luck if you're dealing with him. Maybe it's just ignorance but little does he know I'm an educated man. In 5 months I got rescheduled 3 times, mind you I come in once every 6 weeks. Get you in and get you out fast to make money, seems to be the motto. If I'm paying over 2 grand cash for treatment, I think I deserve good quality and communication on my treatments progress. If you cannot provide that then I'm rather off signing up for smile direct myself where I'm more in control of my treatment. Maybe the culture in Boston is just different. I know I am not crazy and Ill not be made to feel like I'm crazy for wanting a much better communication and treatment. Don't prolong my treatment. If I say something hurts don't look at me like I'm problematic. I was respectful and spoke up when something bothered me and it didn't seem to seat right with them. Another review summarized a bit of what's going on better "It seems like they've been extremely understaffed and disorganized this past year" "cannot deal with the cancelations, rescheduling".

I really liked my experience. It was warm and friendly environment. An, the Service was quick. I was recommended by a friend and I'm glad I was. I went for one procedure and they identified all the issues that I didn't know existed. The best way to describe my experience efficient, reliable and direct to the point. Just the way I like it.

I went in to this particular Dr.dental practice in Center st i did not have an appointment but i was in severe pain they were very welcoming medical secretary and her medical team was very helpful they did help me and squeezing me in to get seen and treated by one of their dentists Dr.Shakaeer he was very calm listen to me and address my concern i went out after i received dental treatment completely free of any pain ! I will recommend this business for anyone seeking perfect dental care within Boston area specially Jamaica plain and it's neighbors .

First time costumer , you get 5 minute cleaning. I was told I needed deep cleaning, I'm a mass health recipient. Never got a call back. When for emergency tooth pain, they pulled the wrong teeth. Never call me back.

I'm giving my review of JP Dental 4 stars and only because I couldn't give a 4.5...I would have given a solid 5 stars if the wait from time of arrival to this to be seen, wasn't so long. That was honestly the only thing that I think they could improve. Oh & also maybe a greeting when you get there. This was my first time coming here and I walked into the door, no idea what I'm doing or who to see and I was just left standing there for a few minutes while the receptionist/technician (not sure) was just talking on the phone on what sounded like a private conversation. Other than that my visit went great! I feel like I finally met a doctor/dentist that actually cares about how I feel about my teeth and how I want them to look and also the best treatment plan to get me to that point. So, so far I am still very satisfied but I do hope to not wait so long in the future for the upcoming appointments I have.

It seems like they've been extremely understaffed and disorganized this past year. I really liked them in the past, but am getting frustrated with the cancelations, rescheduling, incorrect billing, and never answering the phone calls during business hours anymore. I'd recommend checking out somewhere else until they can get it together again.
