When our family opened its first dental practice in 2004, our vision was simple: to provide quality dental care and great service so that patients would want to come back time and again. Soon our small neighborhood dental office with its 3 employees had over 1,000 patients, just in its first year. Patients would constantly thank us for a great experience, comment on the convenient hours and tell us how much they appreciated having a neighborhood dentist they could trust.
At our first Christmas gathering, we laughed over turkey and wine about how great it would be to provide this quality care and great service to other families all over Massachusetts. With that simple idea in mind, we began opening trusted neighborhood family dental offices throughout Massachusetts. Each office location was carefully chosen to provide the most convenience for our customers. It was important to our family, and our mission, to make it as easy as possible for any patient to get the care that they needed in a comfortable and friendly environment.
Today, Dr. Dental has offices throughout Massachusetts and Connecticut as well as in New Hampshire, and New Jersey. And our family continues to provide affordable, quality dental care with great service to all our patients.
Both of my daughters are patients in your office and we are all very pleased with our treatment. The staff are very kind and welcoming. We look forward to coming back. Thank you for accepting us as patients of Dr. Dental.

How do you schedule someone an appointment and have me wait a hour just to say the dentist called out and you will call back to reschedule?!?! The receptionist was on FaceTime while people were waiting to be signed in... never changed my doctor so fast, this place screams unprofessional

My son he is autistic has to get his wisdom teeth pulled. The staff was absolutely amazing with him!!!!! Thank you to the staff who made it so much easier for him and for myself a very nice experience. Honestly this should be a 10 star review

My mom has been canceled like 9 times for her last denture fitting . She has been without teeth for like over 6 months now and still hasn't gotten her dentures. That office never answers the phone or calls anyone back. I feel so bad for my mom . I am gonna take her to Dr dental in methuen , That office is awesome. DR Z, is amazing.

I have really bad anxiety especially when I have to go to the dentist. I had to have 4 root canals done last which took them 2 hrs to do and they helped me get thru it. Today I went because I was having a little discomfort. They took me today even tho I didn't have an appt and helped me get thru another 2 1/2 hrs of mouth work. I know there's some bad that people will say about this place but in my Experience I'll definitely give them a 5 !!!

My visit to Dr.Dental was a very impressive experience from the receptionist who was very nice to the dental assistants to the Dr. all of them were very friendly and even had several laughs made me very relaxed and comfortable I'll continue to use Dr. Dental to take care of my teeth. I would recommend them highly to everyone. ...I had 5 teeth removed

Tha dentist is great and tha staff bsck there is too . The receptionists however never answer tha phone I called all mornin and then jus showed up and they said they weren't answering cuz they were in a meetin however after I left my appt I tried callin all afternoon to ask a question and they didn't answer once . And can't leave a message because mailbox is full . Step it up ladies

This place is a joke! They had to get rid of the last dentist a couple months ago and a lot of their staff. The fact that they have a 4.1 rating is amazing bc everyone I ever talk to says how horrible they are. I sat through 5 hrs of pain in the chair while he kept saying "almost done you have to deal with the pain if you wanna fix the teeth". How bout more novocain? Only to find out a couple months later that the teeth had to be pulled. He swore he could handle it did root canals, crowns and prepped my gums for the crowns bc there was not enough tooth to grab on to. I went through pain for weeks with no antibiotics. And you think I could get someone on the phone? I tried nonstop for 2 weeks to get a hold Of them finally I went to a different dentist. The only person you can get on the phone is if you're a new patient they will take the call from someone not in the office, but if you are an existing patient you can't even leave a message. I recommend finding a different dentist. I assume most people that go there have mass health and believe there are no other options, but there are! Don't put yourself through the nightmare. Also I noticed that all the comments that got 5 stars they commented back on but every other one with a bad review they don't say anything. I seriously doubt that many people gave 5 stars. If they did they must like horrible dentists and horrible customer service! Yo be fair I don't know how the new dentist is but the last dentist and staff were incompetent to say the least!
