When our family opened its first dental practice in 2004, our vision was simple: to provide quality dental care and great service so that patients would want to come back time and again. Soon our small neighborhood dental office with its 3 employees had over 1,000 patients, just in its first year. Patients would constantly thank us for a great experience, comment on the convenient hours and tell us how much they appreciated having a neighborhood dentist they could trust.
At our first Christmas gathering, we laughed over turkey and wine about how great it would be to provide this quality care and great service to other families all over Massachusetts. With that simple idea in mind, we began opening trusted neighborhood family dental offices throughout Massachusetts. Each office location was carefully chosen to provide the most convenience for our customers. It was important to our family, and our mission, to make it as easy as possible for any patient to get the care that they needed in a comfortable and friendly environment.
Today, Dr. Dental has offices throughout Massachusetts and Connecticut as well as in New Hampshire, and New Jersey. And our family continues to provide affordable, quality dental care with great service to all our patients.
Both of my daughters are patients in your office and we are all very pleased with our treatment. The staff are very kind and welcoming. We look forward to coming back. Thank you for accepting us as patients of Dr. Dental.

I went to Dr. Dental in Hackensack on Thursday October 20, 2022. I was there to do the core buildup for my root canal but was unable to finish the procedure due to Dr. Patel injecting sodium hypochlorite into the tissues of my mouth. Immediately the left side of my mouth was on fire and burning like crazy to the point where I was crying hysterically and had to tell her to stop. She told me nothing happened and proceeded to rub numbing cream in the area and inject me with more anesthesia even though I was crying and telling her my mouth was burning and on fire. My face began to swell like a balloon and they were unable to finish the procedure. They tried to calm me down by telling me I had an allergic reaction. I do not have allergies and I have not had this happen before. My face is currently the size of tennis ball, swelling around my eyes, and bruising. I had to miss work and will not have to miss college courses due to the massive swelling, bruising, and inability to eat. I went to two specialists Immediately afterwards because they were concerned for me and they told me that what had occurred is that Dr. Patel pushed the sodium chlorite into the tissue of my mouth and thay is why I am having the reaction I had. Dr. Dental was supposed to follow up with me but I had to call them. They then proceeded to dismiss my concerns telling me it was allergies until I told them what two other specialists said. Then they were not much help and dismissive. I have anxiety and was unable to continue thr conversation due to a panic attack and my sister took over. The other doctor who works with Dr Patel did not let my sister get a word in and kept speaking over her until my sister tried to speak louder so she could get a word in. In response they hung up on her. I am extremely upset, scared,worried and frankly disappointed in the manner in which this situation was handled. I do not know when the swelling or bruising will go down nor will I know for the next few weeks if I sustained further damage to my face. This is absolutely unbelievable and I am leaving this review as a way to warn others to STEER clear of this office. They do not care!

Easily the worst experience I've ever had at a "dentist office" hole in the wall place they do nothing but tell you what they cannot do rather than helping you fix the problem. You'll wait 1+ hours to be told to go home basically. If you have time to waste by all means go to this establishment
