When our family opened its first dental practice in 2004, our vision was simple: to provide quality dental care and great service so that patients would want to come back time and again. Soon our small neighborhood dental office with its 3 employees had over 1,000 patients, just in its first year. Patients would constantly thank us for a great experience, comment on the convenient hours and tell us how much they appreciated having a neighborhood dentist they could trust.

At our first Christmas gathering, we laughed over turkey and wine about how great it would be to provide this quality care and great service to other families all over Massachusetts. With that simple idea in mind, we began opening trusted neighborhood family dental offices throughout Massachusetts. Each office location was carefully chosen to provide the most convenience for our customers. It was important to our family, and our mission, to make it as easy as possible for any patient to get the care that they needed in a comfortable and friendly environment.

Today, Dr. Dental has offices throughout Massachusetts and Connecticut as well as in New Hampshire, and New Jersey. And our family continues to provide affordable, quality dental care with great service to all our patients.

Both of my daughters are patients in your office and we are all very pleased with our treatment. The staff are very kind and welcoming. We look forward to coming back. Thank you for accepting us as patients of Dr. Dental.

Love the services. Open Communication. Well treated. Customer service is a plus. We liked Dr Mandela, Linda and also Jasmine for people to communicate with. Looking forward to continue coming to this office and also i will recommend other family members and friends to come here and visit.

2 Stars. I was going to be scheduled for a professional dental cleaning for this Thursday. The dental hygienist last Wednesday told me that I need medical clearance in order to get my teeth professionally cleaned because I was hemorrhaging during my menstrual cycle. BASICALLY, one person does not know what the other person is doing in this dental office. I had to tell the receptionist that her coupons for Listerine have expired. She threw them out. There was somewhat of a wait time. Everything else is posted under my father's name, Raymond Boehm.

First of all, the deal on the door says $57 check-up, x-ray, and professional dental cleaning. The receptionist told me that it would be $67 because the dentist needs to take an additional x-ray to see which teeth are bothering me. She told me that right after the x-rays are taken, the dentist would check my teeth immediately afterwards. However, the x-ray technician who is also the dental hygienist told me that he takes the x-rays, professionally cleans the teeth, and then sends the dentist in to check everything over. I asked him if I was getting the extra x-ray. He did not know what I was talking about. He told me that the dentist might need additional x-rays taken. I asked him about the $10 additional x-ray. He told me that I would have to take the pricing up with the receptionist. Then, he treated me like a child while he was taking my x-rays by saying very good and please stay seated. I ran out of this dental office when all of the x-rays were taken and the dentist was working with another patient. Later on in the day, David the manager told me that my x-rays were going to be discarded because I did not pay for them. I did not pay for them because I felt like I was forced into having them taken. Plus, the dentist did not do her job ny looking at the x-rays to tell me what she thought of them. I ended up paying the office staff $25 to get a copy of my x-rays so that I would not have to go through the radiation of them at another dental office this soon. For the $25, the dentist should have at least looked over the x-rays and told me what she thought of them without me being there. The entire staff should be on the exact same page when it comes to office procedures. One person should know what the other person is saying and doing. I should get my $25 back that I paid for such a horrible communication job and the fact that the dentist failed to do her job properly.

The first chance I had to eat, after numbness wore off, I ate a sandwich because I was told to eat soft food. Temporary crown came off. So I called and of course there is no emergency service. I will need to take a day off costing me $863

They are bunch of money maker mindset people. I went for regular dental cleaning and they did the xray of my teeth without my permission and said it is covered under your insurance, so no need to bother and you won't be charged from your pocket a single penny. After some days I got a bill of $86 and kept on getting reminders every month, I followed 7 times and they said they cannot see any bills on my name. On the 8th time they said yes I they can see the bill and they will talk to the backend to solve the issue. Today I got the mail from asset recovery to pay $86. I would highly discourage anyone to go there for any dental services.

Dentists and staff are so caring. Took my 10 year old there for an emergency appointment and she was very scared. Almost everyone on staff including other dentists checked in to make sure she was ok. Will definitely go back and recommend to others.

This is a bit of a long one, but I will not be returning to Dr. Dental, ever. Three weeks ago, I had a filling on one of my back teeth on my lower jaw. I kept my mouth open wide as instructed, and the dentist continued to push down on my jaw while working on it. Be the end of the procedure, he told me to shut my mouth, which took almost 30 seconds because my jaw was locked. Seems normal, right? Nope. Turns out I didn't have lockjaw, he over stretched the tendons and caused a partial dislocation. How do I know this? Three weeks after my appointment, I opened my mouth too wide to eat a cheeseburger. By fully opening my mouth with my jaw misaligned, it caused it to completely dislocate. I spent 6 hours in the hospital, required a CAT scan, and had to be put under for them to set my jaw back properly, only to have it dislocate AGAIN while I was still in the hospital. I never had lockjaw or any previous jaw problems before that filling. The doctor said that the only way such a thing could happen is if my jaw was already partially dislocated, and the immense pressure from trying to open my mouth made it completely dislocate and pop out of place. If I were able to prove what several doctors said to me, I would be suing Dr. Dental right now.

(Translated by Google) I took my son to have his teeth cleaned, they were very gentle and made him feel comfortable.. The work area is clean, but the results are normal, my son still has plaque on the tooth surface even after being cleaned by the doctor.
