When our family opened its first dental practice in 2004, our vision was simple: to provide quality dental care and great service so that patients would want to come back time and again. Soon our small neighborhood dental office with its 3 employees had over 1,000 patients, just in its first year. Patients would constantly thank us for a great experience, comment on the convenient hours and tell us how much they appreciated having a neighborhood dentist they could trust.
At our first Christmas gathering, we laughed over turkey and wine about how great it would be to provide this quality care and great service to other families all over Massachusetts. With that simple idea in mind, we began opening trusted neighborhood family dental offices throughout Massachusetts. Each office location was carefully chosen to provide the most convenience for our customers. It was important to our family, and our mission, to make it as easy as possible for any patient to get the care that they needed in a comfortable and friendly environment.
Today, Dr. Dental has offices throughout Massachusetts and Connecticut as well as in New Hampshire, and New Jersey. And our family continues to provide affordable, quality dental care with great service to all our patients.
Both of my daughters are patients in your office and we are all very pleased with our treatment. The staff are very kind and welcoming. We look forward to coming back. Thank you for accepting us as patients of Dr. Dental.

The service is good at the location, but the phone answer is terrible! I called them over 10 times, either no one answers the phone or even mailbox is full, or they answered the phone and said "please wait", and then after 30 min still no answers and I even cannot call back.

Amazing dental care. So sad that my next appointment has to be at a different location as they are closing the derby location

It's time to change the staff in Derby Ct. Since 2019 the staff has changed. The new staff i.e. they do not return calls, wait time is very long. The Dr seems anxious (petty scary) I know of other clients who feel the same.

Dr An is a fantastic dentist,compasionate ,friendly, professional and a good listener. Very happy with this dentist. Only complaint really was that I had an appointment and then night before it (after 5pm) was told they had to reschedule my appt even though I had told them I was in pain. So once I got another appt seen Dr An he helped me. Will be going back again for more dental work. Happy patient

Your staff treated me with respect and my age having young people treat you with respect in today's world is a treat. Even the the Dentist who I believe was about my age leave treated me with respect and with gentle care. I'm usually scared to come to the Dentist because it hurts for you to even clean my teeth but because your staff members were so respect and gentle care my cleaning wasn't painful at all. I thank your staff at Dr Dential for their GENTLE CARE.

They work as a team. very professional and caring , this facility is very clean and organized. Doctor was very caring his hands were very soft , I did not feel any pain when he work on my teeth, I'll be coming back to this place every 6 months and has needed. I highly recommend this place for all of your dental work, you going to love this dental facility! They don't try to rip you off either , doctor will review the X-ray and according to the X-ray he will let me know what I will need and how much it cost to keep me informed for the work and then the let me know which one they recommend to work on first, the payment can be installment has I go for treatment or whatever I can afford for whatever work is done. everyone that works there really care for you!

This was my first time going to Dr. Dental. I honestly never do reviews but I had to shout out this awesome team!! Everyone was super friendly and down to earth from the front desk, the techs and the doc. The doc explained everything in the room, kept it short, sweet and informative! Awesome bedside manner. I will definitely be going here for all of my future dental needs. Thank you all !!!

I had a absolutely great experience last week at Dr. Dental of Derby. Iris was exceptionally professional, cordial, and thorough with my cleaning. Everyone was excellent in service and in care! Definitely recommend this Dental office!

NEVER go here destroyed my teeth ! NEVER had a problem until they said I had a cavity then afterwards immediately hurt and then did a HORRIBLE JOB had to go to a another dentist . DO NOT GO HERE SCAMMERs The "Doctor" Is horrible!

You would think this is an A-list, celebrity dentist office with how difficult it is to get in for a cleaning. Lots of cancelling and rescheduling. Specifically, if you have an evening appointment, it will be cancelled by them at least 2x before you actually get in there. The dentists have a lot of emergencies that come up in the evening so they have to leave early a lot. And if you want to know your dental office's # by heart, go here. Because they'll call you constantly to confirm appointments...even appointments you've already confirmed. Make sure to confirm all the texts and emails, too. They'll most likely cancel on you, but at least you confirmed

I been with Dr. Dental since 2015 or even more so many problems, their in cancelation and waiting for the Dr to call you back, I been waiting for growns on my tooth since 2015 and waiting still come to find out now in 2022 that the management and secretary looked into it and my growns was never being send through my insurance to be approved. Now I'm impressed, and it's got better with under new management communications and Dr's and front desk secretary until I got crazy and flipped!! They know who's Ana now!! Which is not the management's fault, but is got way better now !!
