When our family opened its first dental practice in 2004, our vision was simple: to provide quality dental care and great service so that patients would want to come back time and again. Soon our small neighborhood dental office with its 3 employees had over 1,000 patients, just in its first year. Patients would constantly thank us for a great experience, comment on the convenient hours and tell us how much they appreciated having a neighborhood dentist they could trust.
At our first Christmas gathering, we laughed over turkey and wine about how great it would be to provide this quality care and great service to other families all over Massachusetts. With that simple idea in mind, we began opening trusted neighborhood family dental offices throughout Massachusetts. Each office location was carefully chosen to provide the most convenience for our customers. It was important to our family, and our mission, to make it as easy as possible for any patient to get the care that they needed in a comfortable and friendly environment.
Today, Dr. Dental has offices throughout Massachusetts and Connecticut as well as in New Hampshire, and New Jersey. And our family continues to provide affordable, quality dental care with great service to all our patients.
Both of my daughters are patients in your office and we are all very pleased with our treatment. The staff are very kind and welcoming. We look forward to coming back. Thank you for accepting us as patients of Dr. Dental.

This place is TERRIBLE. They do not answer the phone, EVER. The receptionist is incredibly rude. I just switched my client to a new dentist because this place is so bad. Super unprofessional. I wish i could give less than 1 star.

Unable to make appointments over the phone goes straight to Voicemail every time and can't leave a message, been calling for weeks now, also tried making appointments online do not work either

I was very nervous and the dentist was very calm and patient with me. Stopped when I was having an issue. Had some issues. Doing invisilign you have to pay upfront and there's no payment plan. If you don't qualify for care credit or have a low amount you have to pay it upfront. Also very very pushy about teeth whitening. Felt very heckled into things so moved on. Scheduled me for an appointment on a random day at a random time that I didn't authorize or have any input on. Lots of moved appointments that I was not notified about until I got there.

Routine cleaning visit w/no required Xrays. Simple cleaning. Appointment made a week previously. Over past 2 days multiple email, text, phone call reminders of appointment including this morning. I arrived 15 mins prior to appointment. A man came in approx 10-12 mins after me and had appointment same time as mine. He was escorted to a room before me. I was escorted to room 3 mins past my appointment time. Sitting in dentist chair, 18 mins past appt time I was informed dentist would be available shortly. I asked how long that would be. It took 5 more mins to be informed it would be another "twenty mins or so". I got up and requested they contact me with new appointment when they can actually see me on time or at least within 10 mins of scheduled appointment. Dentists and office staff need to show respect of patients time and manage scheduling patients better than this experience. I have been going to this dentist for past 4 years. Never had this bad of an experience. Customer service seems to be in decline. Haven't received any phone calls to reschedule.

Very personable across the board. Each staff member was friendly and I received a great check up at an affordable price. This was my 2nd visit for my husband and I. We will continue to go to this Dr. Dental!

I use to love dr dental and the workers there. I went there years ago. But now they are just very rude and unprofessional! I told my mom to start going there (thought they was good still) and she did and after her first visit it was horrible ! They would schedule her to come in for 6pm and then call her and tell her be there for 4pm because they aren't busy and they are closing to go home ! Once she said she can't she at work they said we will need to reschedule ur appointment then. She had to leave work to go to it because it was important ! Wow ! Now she had a referral from her dentist there to get her teeth extracted she made this appointment THREE MONTHS AGO ! today she goes to her appointment and boom dr dental didn't send referral so the implant place called dr dental to get it we'll try to that is and they gon say they have no record of her as a patient !!!!! Are u kidden me u guys seen her many times and pulled a tooth ! So I called to see what's going on and when I tell u that receptionist was so rude and unprofessional boy !!!! I asked her to speak to someone else she said you gon get the same answer and then hung up in my face I called back multiple times and of course no answer !! I will be showing up to the office first thing in morning tho to speak to someone ! Cause now my mom has wait to get her needs met cause dr dental can't do they job !

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Aarti Arora for many years now and I have to say I would never voluntarily go to anyone else . She is gentle, professional, honest and very nice . She has a way of getting patients to relax , even the kids willingly cooperate . She explains the issue thoroughly and professionally , so you can make an informed decision on what procedures to get done without any pressure . My family and I have always been extremely satisfied with her work . I recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone needing a competent dentist

Dear Dr.Katta i thought Husky patients has the same right as a private insurance pt . But for you we are not worth it to see . You always cancel my appointment 3 days or 2 days before always has an excuse . I work for a medical office and i know how scheduling works! But i will help you and trust me you will not see my face again , but remember my name . I will make sure to file a complaint against you not your office but YOU ! That's discrimination and i will report it to your corporate, oh and for sure to the media ! You will learn how to be a professional, i think you waste your time going to school for nothing .
